Gegenstand der Erfindung, ist eine Dampfgetreidedarre, d. h. ein mit Heizdampfrohren versehener Schachttrockner für Hafer, Buchweizen, Erbsen, Reis, feuchten Roggen, Weizen und ähnliche Stoffe. Solche Trockner wurden neben anderen Formen bisher häufig in- der Weise hergestellt, daß zu ihren beiden Seiten aufrechtstehende Dampfkanäle angeordnet waren, die aus Profileisen zusammen geschraubt bzw. zusammengenietet wurden. Die Kanäle erstreckten sich ungeteilt über die ganze Höhe der Darre, und in sie wurden wagerechte Heizrohre eingewalzt. Über die Heizrohre rieselt das Getreide herab und wird hierbei getrocknet.The subject of the invention is a steam grain kiln, d. Diese Übelstände sollen nach der Erfindung durch eine neue Art des Aufbaues der Getreidedarren beseitigt werden. Die aus Profileisen zusammengesetzten Dampfkästen zu beiden Seiten der Darre werden durch einen nur an einer Seite angeordneten, aus einzelnen Schüssen zusammengesetzten Dampfkanal ersetzt, dessen Schüsse die einzelnen Teile des Schachtes stützen. An die Schüsse werden die Rohrleitungen in Gestalt einzelner Flachschlangen mit beiden Enden mittels Flanschen angeschlossen. Es bilden dann die einzelnen Schüsse des Dampfkanals mit den angesetzten Rohrschlangen in sich geschlossene Teile, die in der Fabrik zusammengesetzt und am Verwendungsort als Ganzes aufeinandergebaut werden. Hierdurch wird der Aufbau ganz bedeutend erleichtert und, da als Dichtungsstellen nur Flanschenverbindungen vorkommen, die Dichtigkeit der Darre sichergestellt, also ein zuverlässiger Betrieb gewährleistet. Auch können die einzelnen Flachschlangen leicht nach der dem Dampf kanal abgewandten Seite herausgenommen werden, um sie durch neue zu ersetzen.According to the invention, these inconveniences are alleviated by a new type of construction of the grain skewers be eliminated.
