  • Container zum Transport verpackter Waren
  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen neuartigen Container zum Transport verpackter Waren, der in vielen Fällen gegenüber den bekannten Transportmitteln ganz wesentliche Vorteile hat.
  • Als Hilfsmittel für den Transport von Waren werden bisher weitgehend paletten und Rollcontainer verwendet, wobei bei den Rollcontainern das Transportgut durch zwei gegenüber liegende Gitterwände zusammen gehalten wird und ihre Bewegung durch Menschenkraft erfolgt. Die Paletten werden mit Hubwagen oder Gabelstaplern bewegt.
  • Für bestimmte Waren und einer festgelegten Verteilungsstufe erscheint jedoch der Einsatz dieser bekannten Transportmittel unwirtschaftlich und zu teuer, da z.B.
  • verhältnismäßig leichte Waren mittels schwerer Transportmittel bei häufigem Leerraum bewegt werden müssen.
  • Für solche Fälle stellt der erfindungsgemäße Container eine ideale Lösung dar.
  • Das Wesen der Erfindung wird darin erblickt, daß zwei verschieden lange Seiten einer rechteckigen Grundplatte von zwei gleich hohen Seitenwänden umschlossen sind, die zueinander im rechten Winkel angeordnet sind und somit zwei Seiten der Grundplatte zum Be- und Entladen offen sind. In den Seitenwänden sind Griffschlitze vorgesehen, wobei die Grundplatte bodenseitig kleine Füße oder Rutschleisten hat.
  • Folgende Vorteile können herausgestellt werden Der bei dem Einsatz größerer Container für Einzelkommissionen häufig entstehende Leerraum wird reduziert und wird auch eine bessere Fahrzeugauslastung errei¢it.
  • Fester Sitz auch unterschiedlich großer Waren, z.B.
  • durch Schräglage beim Kommissionieren ist möglich.
  • Die Sicherung der gestapelten Ware kann einfach durob Klebeband, Schrumpf-Folie oder Deckelstücke erfolgen.
  • Der Transport dieser Container mit Stechkarre ist leicht und lautlos. Das Abladen vom LKW ist auch ohne Ladebordwand möglich. Aufbewahrung und Rücktransport ist einfach und raumsparend durch die Möglichkeit, die Container ineinander zu stapeln.
  • In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand beispielsweise dargestellt. Es zeigt Fig. 1 den leeren Container in der Vorderansicht, Fig. 2 denselben in einer Seitenansicht und Fig. 3 einen mit Waren vollgepackten und gesicherten Bontainer.
  • Nach der Zeichnung ist c die rechteckige Grundplatte mit den bodenseitigen Rutschleisten f und den im rechten Winkel zueinander stehenden Seitenwänden a und b unterschiedlicher Breiten, aie mit Griffschlitzen a und b versehen sind. d sind gestapelte Pakete und e ist ein Klebeband zur Sicherung dieser Pakete. g ist eine kleine Palette.

Claims (2)

  1. Patent- und Schutzansprüche 1.
    Container aus einem vorzugsweise spezifisch leichten Material, wie z.B. Pappe, Kunststoff, Holz oder dergleichen zum Transport verpackter Waren, daduroh gek.nnzeichnet, daß zwei Seiten einer rechteckigen Grundplatte (c) von zwei gleich hohen jedoch unterschiedlich breiten Seitenwänden (a,b) umschlossen sind, die zueinander im rechten Winkel stehen und zwei Seiten der Grundplatte (c) zum Be- und Entladen offen sind.
  2. 2. Container nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenwände (a,b) Griffschlitze (a',b') und die Grundplatte (c) bodenseitig kleine Puße oder Rutschleisten (f) hat.
