The invention relates to a method for recycling waste paper with a coarse resolution in a pulper, pre-sorting, thickening to fabric densities of over 10%, a treatment in a reaction tower in the presence of deinking chemicals, a subsequent dilution of the Suspension and floatation in one flotation device.
Such a method is described in DE-OS 11 674, for example. The deinking chemicals will be initiated shortly before the reaction tower or the bleaching tower in the process. In the pulper only chemicals are introduced as complexing agents. With this procedure a achieved relatively high whiteness of the new paper to be formed, but the general endeavor goes on forever higher degrees of whiteness.
The present invention is therefore based on the object of a method for reprocessing To create waste paper with which a higher whiteness can be achieved without much greater effort can.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that at least some of the deinking chemicals is already introduced into the pulper and that that accumulates in front of the reaction tower during thickening water laden with printing inks is floated in a secondary circuit flotation device and the resulting water is obtained Sewage water is fed back into the treatment process.
It has been found that a higher whiteness is achieved when deinking chemicals are already in the pulper be introduced. With this measure, the printing ink detachment already starts in the Pulper and not only in the reaction tower. The consequence of this, however, is that that occurs during thickening the thickening water accumulating in the reaction tower has a very high proportion of printing ink. This would lead to the fact that the suspension is more and more enriched with printing ink, since the water to Saving is carried out in the cycle. This would run the risk of dirty colors in the fibers be rubbed in again, the thickening device dirty and it interferes with the treatment process comes.
The inventive arrangement of an additional flotation device in the secondary circuit the already detached printing ink particles are now removed so that this cycle does not accumulate can. In this way, the method according to the invention results in a higher one without any particular effort Received white. The dirt separated in the secondary circuit flotation, in particular the printing ink particles, are no longer ballast for the reaction tower and thus no longer get into the Flotation device in the main circuit. This allows the number of cells in this flotation device to be reduced, so that the total number of flotation cells from the main and secondary circuit does not have to be higher. Due to the fact that the printing ink particles occur in concentrated form in the secondary circuit FIotatiosvorrichtung, the effectiveness of the flotation is even increased, which also results in a higher whiteness or a saving in chemicals can be achieved.
In a further development of the method according to the invention it is provided that the foam according to the Reaction tower arranged flotation device for post-treatment in the secondary circuit flotation device is initiated.
This measure results in very good utilization of the flotation devices.
A system according to the invention for carrying out the method with a pulper, a cleaning device, a thickener, a feed line for deinking chemicals, a reaction tower with a dilution zone in the lower area and with a downstream flotation device is that the Pulper is provided with a feed line for deinking chemicals and in the secondary circuit for the in the thickener accruing water a secondary circuit flotation device is provided from which a Return line for the sewage water opens into the treatment process.
In Weiterbildung der erfindungsgemäßen Anlage ist vorgesehen, daß die Schaumabzugsleitung der dem Reaktionsturm nachgeschalteten FlotationsvorrichtungIn a further development of the system according to the invention it is provided that the foam discharge line of the dem Flotation device downstream of the reaction tower

in die Nebenkreis-Flotationsvorrichtung mündet.opens into the secondary circuit flotation device.
It is also advantageous if for the foam produced in the secondary circuit flotation device a centrifuge is provided, with a return line in the preparation process is planned.
A process scheme of the invention is described in more detail below with reference to the figure.
In a pulper 1, waste paper 2 is introduced in bale form. At the same time, 3 to Water and a supply line 4 deinking chemicals and optionally other chemicals are added. The coarsely dissolved substance then reaches a cleaning-sorting device 5. This device can e.g. be of the type described in DE-OS 2514162. The drainage of the Suspension to a value of over 10% consistency, preferably approx. 20%, takes place on a belt pressure filter 6. The suspension thickened in this way then passes into a chemical mixer 7, with before or at the same time via a feed line 8 more deinking chemicals, z. B. peroxide are added can. After the chemicals have been appropriately mixed with the suspension in the mixer 7, the Substance in a reaction tower 9, in which it is preferably for 1 to 3 hours at a consistency of approx. 20% remains. After dilution by adding water via a line 10 to approx. 4%, the substance becomes discharged from the reaction tower 9 and, after a deflaker 11, arrives in a flotation device 12. The substance freed from impurities, in particular from printing inks, is fine-sorted in 13 subjected and in a thickening device 14 to values between 6 and 25% dry content thickened and then transported on to the paper machine, possibly after bleaching in 15. The filtrate water accumulating at the thickening device 14 is fed back into the line 10 (if necessary also in Line 3).
The accumulating in the band pressure filter 6 laden with printing inks and other impurities Water is fed via a line 16 to a secondary circuit flotation device 17, from which the Purified water is returned to line 3. The foam produced in the flotation device 17 is fed to a centrifuge 18, in which the sludge is separated and the recovered water of Flotation plant 12 is added. The water obtained in the centrifuge 18 can optionally can also be initiated elsewhere in the preparation process. The in the flotation device 12 Any foam that arises is transferred to the flotation device 17 via a foam discharge line 19 for post-flotation fed.
