: The invention relates to a machine with which one can grind hard, soft, dry and lubricating materials such as bones with pieces of meat, beets, potatoes, corn on the cob and the like down to the last residue in any desired grain size or to a uniform pulp . :
Bisher ist es nicht möglich gewesen, ein vollständig gleichmäßiges Mahlprodukt aus denSo far it has not been possible to obtain a completely uniform ground product from the
To obtain materials, as z. B. when grinding bones, especially in Rib and poultry bones and the like always splinters between the teeth of the saw blades The deposits of the counter support, which of course only reach to the teeth or knife tips can no longer be grasped and therefore no longer ground up, so that these splinters are not ground with the other Grist fall off.
These splintery bone fragments and pointed needle-shaped bones are, however, a large one Danger to all animals that are fed with bone meal, because it happens frequently suggest that animals as a result of injuries to the internal organs by such bone fragments enter. Also when grinding beets, potatoes, corn cob stalks and the like Materials, the material residues get into the gaps between the teeth in such a way that they are removed from the known closed counter-grinding can not be detected and ground and also fall off unmilled with the other grist.
In the grist mill according to the present invention, these disadvantages are eliminated. It this is achieved by the fact that the acting side of the shot roller wholly or partially of a rust-shaped counter-grinding is surrounded, with appropriate sharp grate edges to the Reach the shot roller, or lie in its immediate vicinity, in order to achieve a cutting effect at the edges of the grate. Namely, it takes place as a result of the arrangement of these rust-shaped counter-support between the shot roller and the sharp, sieve-like grate edges the counter-surface of the meal has a cutting and grinding effect until the Remnants of material, splinters and the like are finely ground and passed through as an evenly fine grist go through the grinding grate. It is therefore in your hand by choosing the sieve-like one Grinding grates with more or less large grate openings and by choosing the shot rollers with smaller teeth or with fine and coarse-grained porous or ceramic grinding rollers a more or less to produce fine ground product.
A further technical advance is made by the rust-shaped counter surface achieved that the ground material can very easily out of the rust-shaped grinding counter-surface, whereby smearing of the shot rollers is also excluded when grinding moist grain is. As a result, the grist can automatically fall out of the teeth of the shot drum and the machine can drop out at a lower rate Apply more force than when the counter support is closed.
Auf der Zeichnung ist die Maschine, mitOn the drawing is the machine with
Es zeigen:which hard and soft, dry and lubricating materials can be ground into several embodiments shown. Show it:

lassen.FIG. 7 shows a shot roll consisting of saw blades with offset teeth arranged close to one another.
8 and 9 different embodiments of the grist roll consisting of inclined and wave-shaped saw blades with smooth disks lying between the saw blades, which extend approximately to the roots of the teeth and the dry grist automatically falls out of the grist roll and the sieve-like grinding grate according to FIGS permit.
The roller χ mounted in the housing 0 in a known manner can wear saw rings or saw blades a with straight teeth for grinding grain, spices, corn on the cob and other not too hard materials according to FIGS. 1 and 2, while for grinding hard materials such as bones and the like. It is useful to provide the saw rings according to Fig. 3 and 4 with curved teeth in order to give the teeth a greater strength for such hard materials on the one hand and to be able to resharpen the teeth that have become blunt through use on the other hand without the diameter of the saw blades becoming significantly smaller.
The teeth of the adjacent saw blades α can be offset to one another in order to give the bone splinters and material residues less opportunity to hide in the spaces between the teeth, so that the material residues can be better grasped by the closed grinding counter-support d and better ground. Those splinters and material residues which are not caught by the closed grinding counter-surface, which of course can only reach to the tooth tips of the grist roller, now end up on a rust-shaped grinding counter-surface or on a sieve-like grinding grate M. When grinding lubricating materials such as beets, Bones, potatoes and the like, it is expedient that the sieve-like grinding grate M encloses the roller from the closed grinding counter support d to the cleaning device C. The cleaning device now holds all splinters and residues that have not yet been detected in the sieve-like grinding grate and there they are further cut and ground by the inclined or wave-shaped saw blades from left to right on the sharp grate edges until they are also completely splinter-free and fine grist fall through the grate. In shredding mills with asynchronous motors with high number of revolutions, it is of importance that the back and forth going cleaning finger c, which clean the shot cylinder and u is the material residues, such as splitters. Like. Restrain are guided b in grooves by mutual Widenings of the saw blades are laterally delimited in order to render the cutting action of the teeth of the saw blades on the cleaning fingers movable in the grooves between the saw blades ineffective. In the case of inclined and straight saw blades, knives c 2 can also be arranged for grinding and cutting materials in connection with the rust-shaped grinding counter-surface M- according to FIGS Vegetables, such as straw, hay and the like, are ground and cut until they also fall through the grate as fine meal.
It can also contain grain and any other fine-grained product without the cleaning device by means of any toothed shot rollers, as shown for example in FIGS. 1, 2, 7, 8, 9 is, or by means of ceramic porous shot rollers over the sharp edges of the sieve-like Grinding grate to be ground into an evenly fine grinding product until it is also can fall through the grate.
Er kann aber auch ebensogut ohne vorhergehende geschlossene Mahlgegenlage jedeIt is also worth mentioning that the sieve-like grinding grate, which remains the same, whether the grate openings are flat, square, angular, round or oval, in connection or next to a closed counter support or in its immediate vicinity can be attached, d. H. the sieve-like grate can be directly or almost completely connect to the uninterrupted grinding counter-surface. But he can just as well without previous closed counter support each
beliebige Schrotwalze ganz oder teilweise umgeben zur Zerkleinerung der verschiedensten Materialien.any shot roller completely or partially surrounded for the comminution of the most diverse Materials.
It is important that the cleaning finger or knife follow the openwork Meal counter support are brought, d. H. it can be the cleaning fingers directly or also almost connect to the openwork counter-surface, around the materials and their ίο Hold leftovers on the openwork counter support until the materials and the remains of which are completely ground and retain the delicacy determined by the rust to have.
