Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein Schleppnetz zum Fangen solcher Fische, welche sich nicht unmittelbar am Grunde, sondern weiter oben, in geringerer oder größerer Tiefe unter der Oberfläche aufhalten, wie z. B. Heringe, Kabeljau, Schellfische u. dgl. Es ist bekannt, einem Teil des Netzes größere Maschen zu geben, damit untermaßige Fische durchschlüpfen können. Auch im vorliegenden Falle soll das Netz verschiedene Maschengrößen erhalten, und zwar soll der untere Netzteil kleinere, langgestreckte Maschen aufweisen, damit er im Wasser beim Schleppen größeren Widerstand bietet, so daß das Netz stets weit geöffnet ist und auch am Aufsteigen gehindert wird.The present invention is a trawl net for catching such fish, which not directly at the bottom, but higher up, at a lesser or greater depth stay below the surface, such as B. herrings, cod, haddock and the like known to give a part of the net larger meshes, so that undersized fish can slip through.
