Am unteren C-Schenkel 58 ist die Abwinklungs- bzw. Biegeschablone 60 in Form eines Ambosses befestigt. Patrize und Amboß sind auswechselbar. Darüberhinaus ist der Abstand zwischen der Kontaktzone Werkstück/Stützfußabschnitt und Werkstück/Amboß deutlich größer als der Abstand zwischen der letztgenannten Kontaktzone und der Kontaktzone Biegefußabschnitt/Werkstück. Infolge dieser Merkmale erfolgt beim Druckhub des Stempels 54 keine Deformation des Werk stücks im Bereich des Stützfußabschnitts; vielmehr schwenkt die ge samte Werkzeuganordnung um dessen Kontaktzone am Werkstück herum, wobei die Blechkante vom Biegefußabschnitt um den Amboß herumgezogen wird.
