der Amidosulfonsäure.of sulfamic acid.
Patentiert im Deutschen Reiche vom 8. Mai 1912 ab.Patented in the German Empire on May 8, 1912.
The present process aims to produce water-soluble and alkali-resistant Mercury compounds of amidosulfonic acid for the pharmaceutical-medical Use.
Bekanntlich bildet die Amidosulfonsäure H2NSO3H mit Quecksilberoxyd oder Quecksilbernitrat eine Verbindung von der FormelAs is known, the sulfamic acid H 2 NSO 3 H forms a compound of the formula with mercury oxide or mercury nitrate
(H2NSO3HgO)2Hg^H2O(H 2 NSO 3 HgO) 2 Hg ^ H 2 O
Hg3N2(SO3H)2(OH)2^H2O,Hg 3 N 2 (SO 3 H) 2 (OH) 2 ^ H 2 O,
wenn man Amidosulfonsäure und Merkurinitrat bzw. Merkurioxyd in saurer Lösung fällt (vgl.
Chem. News, Vol. 74 [1896], S. 277,1. Sp. Mitte).
Lösung mit Quecksilberoxyd oder mit einem Quecksilbersalz behandelt.when amidosulfonic acid and mercury nitrate or mercury oxide are precipitated in acidic solution (cf. Chem. News, Vol. 74 [1896], p. 277, 1. Col. middle). This salt is insoluble in water and even in dilute nitric acid and is therefore not medically useful.
It has now been found that easily soluble mercury compounds of the composition HgNSO 3 K or HgNSO 3 Na which are resistant to alkalis and soaps are obtained if the alkali salts of sulfamic acid are treated in alkaline solution with mercury oxide or with a mercury salt.
Aus dem Filtrat scheidet sich nach geeignetem Einengen das weiße Kaliumsalz40 parts of sulfamic acid are made strongly alkaline with potassium hydroxide and then with 60 parts of precipitated mercury oxide are heated. The filtrate separates according to a suitable one Concentrate the white potassium salt
OC KO3SNHgH2O OC KO 3 SNHgH 2 O
ab. This dissolves in warm water, especially in the presence of free potassium hydroxide easily and is then resistant to soda or soap.
Aus der alkalischen Lösung scheidet sich bei längerem Stehen das schön kristallisierte Natronsalz in einer Ausbeute von 140 Teilen ab.40 parts of sulfamic acid are 10 percent Sodium hydroxide solution neutralized, then made strongly alkaline with twice the amount of the same sodium hydroxide solution and with the warm one Solution of 80 parts of mercury chloride mixed in 800 parts of water. From the alkaline When standing for a long time, the nicely crystallized sodium salt separates into a solution Yield of 140 parts.
Instead of potassium hydroxide or caustic soda, a solution of rubidium hydroxide can also be used or lithium hydroxide or other strongly basic substances can be used.
The mercury amido sulfonic acid salts are suitable for the production of disinfectant Solutions or other preparations that are effective because of their mercury content in the Cases where alkaline reaction is allowed.
B. eine Quecksilberseife erhalten nach folgender Vorschrift:For this purpose, however, one does not need to isolate the pure salts, but can z. B. get a mercury soap according to the following rule:
