Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum kontinuierlichen Aufbereiten von Süßwarenmassen, insbesondere von Bonbonmassen, wie z. B. Dabei verwendete man auch gemäß DE-PS 1 10 846 sogenannte Zuckerziehmaschinen, bei denen die Masse in einem Gehäuse mehrmals unter Luftzufuhr über einen Haken gezogen und gewickelt wurde oder es gelangte, wie in der Zeitschrift »Zucker- und Süßwaren-Wirtschaft« 1958, Seiten 139 bis 144, ein die zu verarbeitende Masse aufnehmender Mischer zur Anwendung, der aus einem geschlossenen Gehäuse mit Lufteinlaß und darin arbeitenden Mischwerkzeugen besteht, je nach Länge der Verarbeitungszeit konnte dabei nur eine verhältnismäßig geringe Luftmenge in Form dünner, feiner Kanäle in die Masse eingebracht werden, was aber aufwendig, zeitraubend und schwer kontrollierbar war.
