Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Behälter zur Aufnahme einer Magnetbandkassette mit den im Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1 genannten Merkmalen. Man erkennt die beiden Gehäuse 1, die jeweils auf ihren großen obenliegenden Außenflächen die Hauptführungsschiene 26 (Stapelschiene) mit Schwalbenschwanzprofil und auf der untenliegenden großen Außenfläche die zu der Hauptführungsschiene komplementäre Führungsnut 28 (Stapelnut) besitzen. Insoweit stimmt die Gestaltung mit der nach dem älteren Patent überein. Schiene 26 und Nut 28 erstrecken sich jedoch nicht ganz bis zu der Vorderkante 41 des Gehäuses; die Nut ist vielmehr in diesem Bereich geschlossen. Dies gilt auch für die Hilfsführungsschienen 43, 43&min; mit den zugeordneten Hilfsnuten 44, 44&min;, wobei jedoch die Hilfsführungsschienen und Hilfsnuten wiederum kürzer sind als die Hauptführungsschienen 26 und Führungsnuten 28. Auf diese Weise wird der Vorgang des Zusammenschiebens vereinfacht, weil der einzuschiebende Behälter zunächst flächig angelegt und dann nur die Hauptschiene angefluchtet wird; die Positionierung der Hilfsschienen ergibt sich dann von selbst. Die Hilfsschienen haben je ein "halbes" Schwalbenschwanzprofil mit Seitenflächen 47, 47&min;, die parallel zu den Schwalbenschwanzflächen 27 bzw. 27&min; der Hauptführungsschiene verlaufen. Dies ist deshalb besonders vorteilhaft, weil dann die Werkzeuge beim Spritzguß des Gehäuses 1 nicht wesentlich komplizierter werden: Die Öffnungsrichtung der Werkzeugschieber für die Flächen 47 bzw. 47&min; stimmt überein mit der für die Flächen 27 bzw. 27&min;, so daß nur je ein Werkzeugschieber erforderlich ist. Analoges gilt für die Nuten 28 und 44 bzw. 44&min;. Auch bei den Nuten der Hilfsführungsschienen ergeben sich an der Gehäuseunterseite geschlossene Bereiche 45, 45&min;. Sie bilden zusammen mit dem Bereich 42 Anschläge, die die Einführbewegung der beiden Gehäuse 1 relativ zueinander begrenzen. Zusätzlicher Raum wird durch die Hilfsnuten nicht beansprucht, da die Kassette 21 wegen der für den Schieberboden 2 benötigten Höhe ohnehin freie Randabschnitte im Gehäuseinneren läßt, die so ausgenützt werden.The two housings 1 can be seen, each of which has the main guide rail 26 (stacking rail) with a dovetail profile on its large upper outer surface and the guide groove 28 (stacking groove) complementary to the main guide rail on the large lower outer surface. Claims

1.
