Längssymmetrisches Deckenprofilstiick.Longitudinally symmetrical ceiling profile.
The invention relates to a longitudinally symmetrical ceiling profile piece with support edges, any cross-section sf ο rm- and length, which is placed as permanent formwork between girders and then from above with an in-situ concrete layer and after hardening this is provided with a plaster from below.
Aber der erhoffte Erfolg eine meßbar geringere Dezibelzahl zu erreichen konnte mitFor this purpose, so-called profiled stones made of concrete or fired clay have been used in similar shapes manufactured and used. However, these known concrete or burnt clay stones have a number of very different disadvantages. For once there is the risk of breakage and thus the waste during transport alone very large. The support edges, which represent the load-bearing surfaces, are particularly at risk. To the for others, such concrete blocks are relatively heavy. For this reason, the length of these concrete blocks has already been set standardized according to weight in order to add to the weight that is still possible and still manageable by the bricklayer obtain. However, this meant that work was carried out quickly due to the large number of vehicles that had to be transported and laid Prevents stones. Another disadvantage turned out to be that those with such concrete or clay stones produced ceilings had far too little sound insulation. The reason for this has so far been in itself correctly seen in the fact that the concrete or clay stones represent a kind of soundboard. Now they tried that Soundproofing by filling such stones with an insulating layer of cork granulate, slag wool or the like To increase material. "But the hoped-for success of achieving a measurably lower number of decibels was possible with

On the other hand, the cost of such blankets had risen considerably. Of the other disadvantages that such well-known ceilings have, only the one that is too slender Material surfaces are mentioned that do not have a sufficient adhesive base for the surface to be attached under the ceiling Has plaster layer, so here too special however known means such as ear mats or the like were attached to ensure a permanent hold of the applied patch can.
In order to eliminate these disadvantages, the inventor set the task of conceiving a ceiling stone, which must be so light that it can be easily transported as a long train, so to speak, the risk of breakage should be absolutely eliminated. Furthermore, this light path has to be static Satisfy requirements, be practically suitable for the pulling in of pipe or similar lines and in particular have extremely good sound insulation. The final task was the surface roughness to be taken into account, which not only has to be used as a good adhesive foundation for the plaster but also an intimate, homogeneous contact with the in-situ concrete of the ceiling.
Bei der Herstellung des geschäumten Deckenprofilstückes werden zur Aufnahme von Bohr- und/oder elektrischen Leitungen symmetrisch zu den Auflagekanten Bohrungen angeordnet oder die Leitungsrohre selbst gleich mitThese tasks were solved by the fact that a ceiling profile piece in the form of a web of a foamed plastic of any length from a tightly fitting one Expanded material metal jacket is surrounded. The foamed plastic ceiling profile piece is used for sufficient strength provided with reinforcements that correspond to the required loads on the ceiling. at the production of the foamed ceiling profile piece are used to accommodate drilling and / or electrical Lines arranged symmetrically to the support edge holes or the line pipes themselves at the same time

Darüber hinaus aber ist der direkte Innige Kontakt der Ortbetonschicht mit dem Schaumstoff gegeben wodurch die Schalldämmung in idealer Weise erfolgt und die auf dieIn the figure 1, the ceiling profile pieces a, b and c are each made of foamed plastic 1 with an expanded metal jacket 2 tightly surrounded and placed on the carrier 8 with their support edges Io. The in-situ concrete layer is designated with 7 and the plaster ceiling with 9. In the ceiling profile piece a, two pipes 5 foamed in symmetrically with respect to the support edges Io are shown, the ends 6 of which, as can be seen from FIG. 2, are widened in the manner of a sleeve. The purpose of this is that when pulling in electrical wires for light, electricity, telephone or the like. Lines manufacturing inaccuracies can easily be bridged at the joints. The ceiling profile piece b shows in Fig.l in cross section and in Fig. 2 in plan view a foamed reinforcement 3 with its support points on the carriers 8. In Fig. 1 o are foamed longitudinal reinforcements3 and a hole is provided which can serve any purposes. The ceiling profile pieces of any length are each tightly wrapped in an expanded metal jacket, which ensures sufficient strength on the one hand and, on the other hand, an extremely good adhesive layer for both the in-situ concrete 7 and the ceiling plaster 9. In addition, however, there is direct intimate contact between the in-situ concrete layer and the foam, which means that the sound insulation is ideal and that the

In-situ concrete not emitted frequencies from the Foam layer caught directly and flattened in such a way that the otherwise measurable decibel values no longer appear. In other words, the soundproofing is ideal as well the safe and good adhesion of the ceiling plaster as well as the intimate connection of the plug-in metal with the in-situ concrete. That transport damage to the support edges of these ceiling profile pieces with the Expanded metal jacket can only occur in the event of gross negligence does not require any further description.
