The invention relates to a device for cleaning and preserving fruit. It consists of a cooking vessel in which two sieve-like, nested pot-shaped Insert containers are connected to one another so that the capacity of this double screen can be changed as required. If you want to boil down berries, fruits, vegetables or the like, you have to clean them beforehand from the impurities adhering to them.
