Abstract
Description
Method and device for processing faeces from flassen cattle farming, especially poultry farms, and from slaughterhouse waste to high quality fertilizers.
The invention extends to a method and the methods used to carry it out Devices for the treatment of faeces from rtlaß livestock farming, in particular Poultry farms, and from slaughterhouse waste to high quality fertilizers. The environmentally friendly Elimination of faeces and other non-recyclable waste of organic origin, the in a mass livestock z. 0. of poultry and in fish processing plants, I'lain and large slaughterhouses etc. represent a considerable expense factor of such farms. In addition, new animal farms are only set up still approved provided that a sufficiently large agricultural There is an area available to spread the rotting faeces as manure, because when rotting with air ingress of chicken and pig faeces it is nauseating stinking hydrogen sulphides are produced. A deposit of slaughterhouse waste Garbage dumps are forbidden because of the associated risk of epidemics. Therefore, this waste (intestinal contents, unusable offal and the like.) previously destroyed by burning considerable amounts of fuel. at the previously known method for digesting faeces is only used in a temperature range between 8 and 27 ° C, with digestion times between The object of the invention is to remove the faeces mentioned at the beginning and waste into valuable using a new process that saves both time and money To transform complete fertilizers that can be returned to agriculture. -This object is achieved according to the invention essentially in that the one Temperature of at least 400 C in a closed container stored faeces and slaughterhouse waste with an equal amount of 90 @ digestible sewage sludge from a wastewater treatment plant - to an electroplating company @ngsschlossen are - and 10 @ waste paper such as newspapers, waste, magazines, however without plastic content - mixed in a mixing drum for approx. 15 to 20 minutes and are crushed, the mass obtained in this way for approx. 30 to 60 minutes at approx. 95 sterilized up to 100 ° C and then after cooling to approx. 45 ° C in a fermentation kettle Fermented for 10 to 15 days with occasional stirring and the resulting Digester gas is continuously withdrawn. In this process, the poultry faeces are specifically and slaughterhouse waste that is overloaded with phosphates due to its plumage, by mixing with the phosphates, nitrogen, ammonia, sodium, Potassium and calcium, carbon and various trace elements contained sewage sludge uno after the further admixture of waste paper as a carbon carrier initially by heating to 95 to 1000 C those worm eggs and bacteria in the feces and slaughterhouse waste, which during the subsequent fermentation at approx. 450 C cannot be destroyed.
Such a cooking temperature is required to be specially made for a fermentation of the faeces from the keeping of chickens is necessary first to grow viable strains of microbes at temperatures above 400 C and become viable close. The noise treatment at 95 to 1000 C also serves to treat the slaughterhouse waste to unlock and thus to accelerate their fermentation.
An advantageous device for performing the inventive The method consists in that the storage and the sterilization boiler with thermal insulation and a heating device for incinerating the resulting from the process digester gases withdrawn from the fermentation kettle are provided. Further fermentation is carried out Expansion of the invention expediently a battery of several, at least 3, also thermally insulated, heatable and provided with an agitator, preferably honeycomb horizontally arranged closed boilers with hexagonal cross section are used, from which the digester gas that is formed is continuously extracted and the fermented Fertilizer is removed every 10 to 15 days. With the help of such devices The process according to the invention can be run practically without ongoing consumption of Carry out external heating energy extremely cost-saving. After one at commissioning A one-time inoculation of the sterilized mass before the Introduce into the fermentation vessel (s) with a cup that is already fermenting z. 8. by bringing in a small narrow part of still warm offal from a chicken butchery the process works without any further addition of foreign matter. By application The new method can at least partially fill a gap in agriculture The complete fertilizer produced by this process is due to the complete fermentation odor-free and also free of all pathogens, see above that it can even be dispensed in small packs as a flower donger.
The fertilizer obtained by the process according to the invention can can be processed into dry or wet fertilizer by post-treatment.
However, the best manure effect is achieved when the fertilizer is so remains and is used as it comes from the fermentation vessel (s).
Further advantageous features of the invention emerge from the associated Claims and the following embodiment: Embodiment The from the faeces and waste associated with large and mass livestock farming Slaughterhouses are kept in a locked container kept at at least 40 ° C collected and then they are in a ratio of approx. 1: 1 with putrid sewage sludge from a wastewater treatment plant, which contains approx. 10% waste paper are added, intimately mixed in a mixing drum for about 15 to 20 minutes and crushed at the same time. The resulting Plasse is in a closed Boilers heated to 95 to 1000 C for approx. 30 to 60 minutes and sterilized in the process. After the preferably with heat exchange with 1 to 2 other working in parallel Disinfection kettles cooling down to approx. 450 C becomes the mass - the first time Commissioning under vaccination with z. B. 20 kg of warm poultry offal per Fermentation kettle - one also closed with thermal insulation, a heating device, a stirrer and a gas vent provided fermentation kettle z. Oc by means of a screw conveyor fed. In this fermentation kettle, the mass is for a period of 10 to 15 days at a temperature of approx. 45 ° C and with the contents of the kettle circulating in a two-hour standby completely to a completely odor-free high-quality fertilizer fully fermented. By arranging a number of fermenting vessels with a secnseckiges cross-section in a horizontal honeycomb shape can be fed to the growing part and at the other end to be emptied boiler to a space-saving battery with relatively small outer cooling surface and remaining cavities for the bcheizuny with the are summarized in the exhaust gases from the disinfection boiler.
