Description

  • Betrifft: Beschreibung für Dopto - Hart/PVC - Sockelleisten Die Erfindung betrifft Sockelleisten. Ihr Anwendungsgebiet ist die Bundesrepublick Deutschland.
  • Die Sockelleisten bestehen aus Hart-PVC-Material. Von einer Spezialfirma wird dieses Material durch eine Düse in die Form, siehe Zeichnung Nr. 2, gespritzt und im Wasser gehärtet. Nach diesem Arbeitsgang wird ein Bartschaum, iviaße 40 mm x iO,d mm , mit einem handelsüblichen Kontaktkleber bzw. Beim in die innere Seite des PVO-Profils geklebt siehe Zeichnung Nr. 1. Da Differenzen bei der Stärke des Schaumstoffes nicht zu vermeiden sind, wird der PVC-Sockel durch eine Fresse auf gleiche Höne geschärt.
  • er ;jetzt fertige Sockel (Profil mit geklebter Schaumeinlage) kann an jeden beliebigen Hintergrund mit handelsüblichem Kontaktleim geklebt werden, Er hält auf Holz, eisen, Beton, Gips usw.
  • Diese ockelleisten besitzen eine schönere Form als die bisherigen i?abrikate und bieten dadurch ein besseres Wohngefünl. Der Sockel ist elastisch, stoßfest, farbecht und feuchtigkeitsbeständig. Ein Vorteil ist ebenfalls, daß er Unebenheiten gut überbrückt. Der Sockel Eann deshalb auch auf grobe Verputze, wie Abrieb usw., geklebt werden, weil die Schaumstoffeinlage die Steinchen oder Ähnliches eindringen läßt.
  • Lieferbar sind die Sockelleisten in Länen von 3,-- m und werden in @ Farben hergestellt. Sie können von Jedermann benützt und auch selbst angebracht werden.
  • Spezielwerkzeuge für die montage sind nicht notwendig.

  1. Betrifft: Patentansprüche
    uberbegriff: Dopfo - Hart/PVC - Sockelleisten Kennzeichnender Teil: -dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sockelleisten aus - Hart/PVC - hergestellt sind. Seine Form nach Zeichnung Nr. 2 mit eingeklebter Schaumstoffeinlage lt. Zeichnung Nr. 1.
