Abstract

Schließlich hat die erfindungsgemäße Anordnung noch den Vorteil, daß die Dichtungsstreifen in den Wasserablaufrinnen verschiebesicher festgelegt werden, so daß sie sich nicht verwinden oder schief zusammendrücken können wodurch ihre Dichtungswirkung beeinträchtigt würde. Außerdem ist auf diese Weise ein Ausrichten der Abdeckprofile ohne Verlust an Abdichtung möglich.
Besonders vorteilhaft ist es, wenn die Dichtungsstreifen aus einem Schaumgummi bestehen und eine selbstklebende Auflagefläche aufweisen. Auf diese Weise können die Dichtungsstreifen vor der Montage relativ leicht und schnell auf die Verbindungsprofile aufgebracht werden. Es ist aber auch möglich, daß die Dichtungsstreifen aus einem elastischen Kitt bestehen, der ebenfalls vor der Montage in die entsprechenden Wasserablaufrinnen der Verbindungsprofile eingebracht wird.
Die Erfindung wird im folgenden anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen in der Zeichnung näher erläutert.
