Abstract

The sealing profile section is for use with working surfaces which make contact with a vertical wall, having a foot contacting the work top and a vertically extending splash guard type back section having an extension of the foot section to allow sprung contact. An anchorage flange at the lower rear end of the foot section is held between the wall and work top without a fastening. The anchorage flange (30) is made from an elastic material extending downwards against the plane of the strip (10) at a sharp angle, and bent to allow its insertion between the work top and the wall in a plane parallel to the strip (10). A shoulder (40) is attached to the strip top section and extends backwards to the wall, being about the same width as the foot (20).
