Protective device for impact mill rotors

Die Erfindung stellt eine Weiterentwicklung einer Schutzvorrichtung für Prallniühlenrotoren mit r.iehreren in axialem Abstand voneinander auf der Ilotorwelle angeordneten Rotorscheiben mit Handausschnitten zum Einsetzen von Schlagleisten dar. Diesß bekannte Schutzvorrichtung besteht aus Schutzkappen, von denen jede eine der durch die Randausschnitte entstandenen, in Umlaufrichtung des Rotors vor den Randausschnitten befindlichen ilclcen der liotorscheiben außen, hinten und seitlich übergreift. Jede Kappe Λ/ird durch einen nach vorn gerichteten, von hinten in eine auf der Vorderseite des betreffenden Randaufisc!:iiittes vorgesehene Ausnehmung der Rotorscheibe eingreifenden Ansatz in ihrer Lage an der Rotorscheibe gegen eine Bewegung nach außen gehalten und liegt mit ihrer nach hinten zeigenden Flüche gegen die nach vorn zeigende Fluche der Schiagleiste an, die mit hinter ihr vorgesehenen, am Rotor befestigten Halteteilen in Eingriff steht.The invention represents a further development of a protective device for impact nipple rotors with r.iehreren in axial Rotor disks arranged at a distance from one another on the Ilotorwelle with hand cutouts for inserting blow bars.
