Description

  • Transportpalette Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Transportpalette aus leichtem material wie Pappe, Wellpappe oder ähnlichem Material.
  • Es sind bereits Transportpale-tten bekannt, für deren Aufbau anstelle von Holz leichte Werkstoffe wie Wellpappe, Schaumstoff und ähnliche Anwendung gefunden haben.
  • Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Transportpalette, die ein geringes Gewicht besitzt, in einfacher, rationeller Bauweise herzustellen und einzusetzen, wobei leichte Werkstoffe wie Pappe, Wellpappe und dergleichen Anwendung inden.
  • Gemäß der Erfindung ist die Palette dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ihre Hubplatte mindestens eine Papplage aufweist, aus der V-förlnig profilierte Füße herausgebildet worden sind.
  • Weitere Einzelheiten und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich nus der folgenden Beschreibung eines Ausführungsbeispieles anhand der Abbildungen.
  • Fig. 1 zeigt einen Ausschnitt aus einer Transportpalette.
  • Mit 1 ist die Hubplatte angedeutet worden, die mit einer unter ihr liegenden Papplage 2 verbunden ist, welche einen erfindungsgemäß heausearbeiteten Fuß 3 mit V-Profil erkennen läßt.
  • Fig. 2 zeigt im Ausschnitt eine Draufsicht auf einen Zuschnitt einer Papplage für die Herstellung der Füße. Sie weist Einschnitte 1 bis 4 auf und ist an den Flächen 5 und 6 ausgeschnitten worden. Durch Zusammenschieben der Schnittkanten 7 an 9 und 8 an 10 (Fig.2) werden V-förmige Profilfüße 11, 12 und 13 (Fig. 3) erzeugt, wie in Fig. 4 noch einmal im Schnitt angedeutet worden ist. Durch Verbinden der die V-förmigen Füße tragenden Papplage mit der Hubplatte wird eine Transportpalette-hergestellt, die sich in rationeller Weise fertigen läßt und allen Anforderungen entspricht, die an eine Palette mit geringem Gewicht zu stellen ist.
  • Als'Material für den Aufbau der Palette kann für die Hubplatte Pappe, Wellpappe oder auch.Schaumsto££ verwendet werden oder Verbuiidschichtstoffc aus diesen Materialien in beliebigen Schichten. Für die Papplage 2 zum Herausformen der V-förmigen Füße für die Palette kann insbesondere Wellpappe Anwendung finden jedoch können auch andere geeignete Schichtstoffe, z.B. auch in Form von Verbundstoffen, Anwendung finden.

Claims (3)

  1. P a t e n t a n 5 p r ü c Ii e 9 Transportpalette, deren Hubplatte mindestens eine Papplage aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß aus der Papplage V-förmig profilierte Füße herausgebildet worden sind.
  2. 2. Transportpalette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Füße aus einer Wellpappe herausgearbeitet worden sind.
  3. 3. Transportpalette nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die flubplatte aus einem Verbundschichtstoff besteht.
