Abstract
Description
VERFAHREN ZUR HERSTELLUNG VON TREPPEN Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Treppen.METHOD OF MANUFACTURING STAIRS The invention relates to a method for the manufacture of stairs.
In the case of external stairs, it was previously necessary to use cement to make them or the like
This procedure presupposes the presence of forms and as a result, the stairs are heavy and expensive.
The task is to find a process for the production of the inside or outside indicate usable stairs that do not require any special molds is adapted to the individual application that works quickly and cheaply and with which it is possible to be light and very resistant to the weather and wear and tear to manufacture resilient, step-resistant stairs.
This object of the invention is achieved in that from cut off Boards, preferably made of wood chipboard, the stair body is made, that all sides of the body with a solution of a thermosetting resin, preferably a polyester resin are covered, that thereafter during the addition of the solution at least a layer of fiberglass mat is applied, the resin at least partially Has the opportunity to harden that optionally another layer of worm-hardening Resin, preferably a gelcoat layer, is applied after those surfaces have been covered that do not form treads that the treads after removal each masking with a first layer of thermosetting resin, preferably a polyester resin are treated, that then sand or another tread material to increase the friction on the still sticky surface and that after at least one further layer of the thermosetting material is applied to the hardening process will.
Further advantages and features of the invention emerge from the following Description of a preferred embodiment. In the drawing show: Fig. 1 is a perspective, partially sectioned view of part of the staircase in the manufacturing state and FIG. 2 shows a cross section through the material of the stairs.
The new staircase is made in several different steps, mainly in a continuous, immediately sequential manner. The first step involves cutting wooden matertals, preferably from boards, which are made of wood particles (Prel3span). The cut is made according to the desired dimensions of the stairs. After that, these boards are made in the simplest possible way Kind of glued together and then form a staircase body. According to FIG. 1, the the boards 1 forming the step cheeks are nailed to the boards 2 which form the vertical Form parts of the stairs, they can also be with the side walls, not shown be cheated on the stairs. The body produced in this way does not require any finish and therefore can be manufactured quickly and at a low cost. Preferably The treatment of this body proceeds in such a way that only its underside is subjected to a final treatment, after which the treatment of the upper side immediately it follows. In principle, however, it is also possible to start with the upper side or treat both sides at the same time. However, the following is the most practical Procedure described, During the treatment, preferably by rolling, a cover layer 3 is applied to the underside. The top layer consists of suitable Resin, preferably a polyester, Immediately after this treatment become a or multiple layers a fiberglass mat 4 on the treated Laid surface. Here, the fiberglass mat 4 with the same solution of the Resin material that has been used for surface treatment, the necessary The amount of solution of the resin material becomes 2 to 1 - 1.2 kg / m of the treated surface appreciated when treating a product that has a layer of fiberglass mat of 450 g / m. The layer of resin material together with the glass fiber mat and impregnate other layers that form the stressed surfaces of the stairs the wooden material. The wood material separates the layers of fiberglass from one another and because of its rigidity, one is able to use relatively thin layers of fiberglass to use, The layers can be used because of the stiffness of the wood without the use other aids must be kept level. After hardening it will Apply a thin layer 5 of so-called gelcoat for 1 - 3 hours and The bottom of the stairs is now finished. The stair body is then turned over and its upper side is covered with a solution of the above-mentioned resin material and also with a fiberglass mat, in the manner described above. After hardening the treads of the stairs are masked and the rest of the stair surfaces become Treated with a layer of gelcoat to imitate an ornamental stone The gelcoat layer is rolled so that a surface with a surface area is created black paint using a method on the essentially white gelcoat surface After the cover has been removed, the treads are applied treated by one for example by rolling a first layer 6, quartz sand 7 or the like, to which still wet mass is applied. The sand will Applied in excess and is distributed by shaking the staircase body. This will remove excess sand.
After the resin layer has hardened, a another layer 8 of this resin solution applied in such an amount that the individual grains of sand are embedded in the resin material. After hardening is the Stairs ready.
PVC-Stückchen, Sägemehl, Kork od. dgl, ersetzt werden0If stairs to be used inside a house are to be made, the sand can be replaced by another suitable material such as PVC pieces, Sawdust, cork or the like can be replaced 0
