Abstract
The invention relates to a method, whereby wood products, preferably parquet floors which have been provided with inlays or that can be subsequently provided with inlays are produced continuously. According to said method, cavities forming any given pattern are made on the surface of the wood product that has been manufactured in the factory, preferably finished parquet floors. Said cavities are then filled with an artificial resin such as polyurethan or polyepoxy, which can be tinted and lacquered after hardening. Once the artificial resin has hardened, the surface of the product may be possibly smoothed before lacquering. The invention also relates to the product manufactured according to said method.
Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung von mit Intarsien versehenen Holzwaren und das mit dem Verfahren hergestellte Produkt Process for the production of inlaid wood products and the product produced with the process
The invention is a process for the continuous production of wood products, preferably parquets, which are inlaid during manufacture or afterwards, and the inlaid product made of wood, produced by the process.
Stand der TechnikState of the art
There are several known methods for producing laminated wood products, preferably prefabricated parquets, but the known methods do not offer an economical solution for being able to produce any pattern with a higher aesthetic quality simultaneously with or after production. For centuries, the creation of patterned wooden surfaces and individual inlays made of wood was only possible through painstaking craftsmanship. The invention according to laid-open specification HU 68408 recommends a process for the serial production of panels for parquet floors with inlays, whereby logs of almost the same length - regardless of the wood fiber direction - and in the planned pattern of the panels of the parquet floor corresponding color and average are produced, they will then specified pattern placed next to each other and with each other for example glued, the resulting block is then cut from a well-chosen direction into panels of the same thickness, which have the intended pattern. Although this process is much faster than the individual production of the inlays, it is difficult to use in the usual production technology and it is expensive.
The purpose of the invention is to have an economical process, which can also be carried out in larger companies, which is suitable for producing wooden goods, preferably parquets with inlays, or for subsequently attaching a desired pattern to the normal finished parquet, simultaneously with its renewal. The recognition that the correspondingly prepared surface is to be inlaid with the aid of a specially selected binder led to the elaboration of the invention.
The essence of the invention is therefore a method by which wooden products, preferably parquets with inlays, can be produced continuously or they can be subsequently provided with inlays, characterized in that, in the surface of the wood product produced in large-scale production, prefabricated parquet flooring can be made with any pattern resulting in hollows. These cavities are then filled with synthetic resin such as polyurethane or polyepoxy, which can be colored and varnished after hardening. After the synthetic resin has hardened, the surface of the product may need to be sanded before painting. It is advantageous if the hollows are 2-5 mm deep and 3-5 mm wide. The hollows are preferably made with milling or a laser cutting tool.
In an advantageous implementation of the method according to the invention, a synthetic resin with a molecular weight between 40,000 and 200,000 is used, which can be colored and hardened by heat and / or UV radiation and / or oxygen in the air; it can advantageously be 5-20 masses % Dye.
The hardening of the synthetic resin hardening through the oxygen of the air can advantageously be reduced to 60-120 minutes by increasing the temperature or using UV radiation. The final painting of the product is done with any paint that is compatible with the given resin.
1. AusführungsbeispielThe product produced by the process described above belongs to the invention, characterized in that the surface is patterned by the hollows, which pattern is filled with dyeable and after hardening paintable polyurethane or polyepoxy synthetic resin. 1st embodiment
Simultaneously with the restoration of old parquets, the method according to the invention can be used. The approximately 2.5 mm deep hollows, which are 3-5 mm wide depending on the details of the pattern, are milled into the cleaned wooden surface using an upper cutter in accordance with the desired pattern. The cavities are filled with polyepoxy resin containing 10% by mass of dye, then they are allowed to dry or UV radiation is used to accelerate hardening. After hardening, they are sanded and to increase their durability, they are painted.
The surface of the parquet floor with the pattern looks like inlay, the durability and durability of this floor is similar to the properties of the conventional parquet floor and it can be sanded and varnished a few times without the pattern disappearing.
2. Ausführungsbeispiel2nd embodiment

The method according to the invention is used in the continuous production of two-layer finished parquet. The approximately 3 mm deep hollows are milled into the surface of the semi-finished product with an upper milling cutter according to the desired pattern, which are 3-5 mm wide depending on the details of the pattern. The hollows are filled with polyurethane resin, then they are treated with 60 ° C heat to accelerate the hardening. After 2 hours they are sanded and painted to increase their durability.
The advantage of the method according to the invention is that - compared to the methods used hitherto for this purpose - it can be used in many ways, that the end product has a high aesthetic quality, but it is much faster in comparison with the conventional inlay work made of wood; it works well in industrial production technology, and it's cheaper too.
