Gemäß den Fig. 1 bis 3 sind Skibindungsteile 1, 2 in Form von Vorderbacken und Fersenhalter auf einer im Querschnitt U-förmigen Platte 3 montiert. Die Platte 3 ist nicht direkt am Ski 5» sondern in einem Abstand oberhalb desselben angeordnet. Wird der Ski gebogen, so wie dies Fig. 3 zeigt, so verschwenken sich die Auflager 6 um die Lagerachsen 7j 8 und die Achse 7 verschiebt sich in den Langlöchern 10. Durch diese Lagerung kann sich der Ski 5 in beiden Eichtungen krümmen, ohne daß die Platte 3 beansprucht und somit ohne daß der Abstand der Skibindungsteile verändert wird.
