Description
- Einstichelektrode Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Einstichelektrode für bio medizinische Zwecke, die es erlaubt, größere Objekte, wie z.B. Elektroden oder Massageköpfe, in Körperbewebe oder Körperhöhlen einzustechen, einzuspritzen, einzublasen oder auch einfließen zu lassen und so die Implantation größerer bzw. weitgespreizter Objekte in Körpergewebe und -höhlen erlaubt, ohne größere eröffnende Operationen, wie dies z.B. am Hirn nur mit folgenschweren Eingriffen möglich wäre, vorzunehmen.
- Es sind Katheder und Sonden bekannt, um tiefer liegende Gewebeschichten von außen her zwecks medizinischer Behandlung zu erreichen.
- Z.B. ist eine sogenannte Venensperre von Dr. Kazi Mobin-Uddin (Universitä.t Miami) bekannt, mit deren Hilfe man über einen regenschirmartigen Kathederkopf Siebe in Körpervenen einsetzen kann, um zu verhindern, daß Blutgerinsel wandern. Bei diesem Kathederkopf wird also eine Erweiterung der Vene erzielt, um ein Sieb einsetzen zu können.
- Das Gerbt ist hingegen nicht geeignet, größere Objekte als 3 mm Innenraum im Körper zu erfassen und ist einzig und allein auf die Behandlung von Blutgerinseln ausgerichtet. Außerdem ist sie nur zur Einführung in vorhandene Körperhöhlen geeignet, also kein Einstichinstrument.
- Ferner beschreibt eine Patentschrift aus dem Jahre 1922 -Nr. 360 210 - eine in den Mastdarm einzuführende Elektrode für diathermische Behandlung. Diese Elektrode ist ausschließlich für das Einführen in Körperhöhlen geeignet, also keine Einsti chelektrode.
- Diese Elektrode kann nur fächerförmig im Körper nach Einbringen verbreitert werden, um ihre Oberfläche zu vergrößern. Die Verbreiterung geschieht nur in der Ebene und nicht im Raum, so daß sie nicht nach allen Richtungen wirken kann und man in der Wahl der Ansetznnöglichkeiten der Gegenelektrode stark begrenzt ist.
- Ferner ist der sogenannte "Stark Dilatator" bekannt, der vor allem zur Erweiterung bei Osophagus-Stenose angewandt wurde und welcher lediglich als Sonde 0<atheder) dient.
- Schließlich beschreibt die USA-Patentschrift Nr. 2,739,585 aus dem Jahre 1953 eine in Körperhöhlen einführbare Sonde, also keine Elektrode, auch keine Einstichelektrode. Mit dieser Sonde kann mit Hilfe eines von außen her beweglichen Sondenkopfes ein größerer Bereich im Körperinnern sondiert werden.
- Die vorgenannten bekannten Geräte haben den Nachteil, daß sie nicht in den Körper einstechbar sind und somit nur begrenzt Anwendung finden können.
- Diesen Nachteil beseitigt die vorliegende Erfindung dadurch, daß sie in den Körper einstechbar ist und sämtliche Körperbereiche zu Behandlungszwecken erreichen kann. Dies ist insbesondere für die Behandlung des Gehirnes sowie innerer Organe von großer Wichtigkeit. Vor allem können die Einstechelektroden bis an den Krankheitsherd direkt herangeführt werden, so daß mit einem Minimum an Medikamenten bzw.
- Strahlungsintensität ein großer Sehandlungserfolg erzielt werden kann.
- Rein technisch werden hier als Elektroden folgende Medien verwendet: Drähte, leitende Gase, leitende Flüssigkeiten - zurücksaugbar, z .B.
- Salzlösung - oder supraleitende Kolloide, Strickleitermo leküle usw.
- Auch im Körper erstarrende Flüssigkeiten werden als Elektrodenmaterial verwendet. Diese können im Körper verbleiben und durch den Stoffwechsel abgebaut werden. Diese applizierten Elektroden finden Verwendung für Antennen, Heizung für die Kurzwellentherapie, Kauter bzw. als Operationsinstrumente, lonophorese bzw. Kaskadenionophorese für die Tumorzerstörung und schließlich mechanische Vibratoren zur Gewebelockerung und Tumorzerstörung.
- In den Ausführungsbeispielen werden Lösungen gezeigt, welche rein mechanisch sind oder auch mit Injektionsflüssigkeiten oder Gasen (Edelgasen) verwendet werden oder auch eine Kombination beider Systeme (mechanisch, hydraulisch, pneumatisch) darstellen.
- Es zeigen Fig. 1a und ib Spreizelektroden mit schirmartiger Spreizung, Fig. 2 eine Spreizelektrode mit fächerartiger Spreizung, Fig. 3 eine kaskadenförmige Spreizelektrode, Fig. 4a und 4b Einzelheiten zu Fig. 3, vergrößert herausgezeichnet, Fig. 5a eine Einstichelektrode zum Einbringen von leitenden Flüssigkeinen, Fig. Sb eine Einstichelektrode mit erweiterungsfähigen Ballons als Elektroden, Fig. 5 eine kaskadenförmige Anordnung einer Einspritzelektrode (Erzeugung einer "Blume"), Fig. 7 eine kaskadenförmige Einstichelektrode zur Erzeugung von " Fächern ", Fig. 8 und 9 eine Einstichelektrode in zwei Stellungen mit mechanisch einstellbarer Medium-Umlenkung im Körperinnern.
- Wie die Figuren 1a und 1b in Ansicht und Schnitt zeigen, können die Elektroden E drahtförmige Gebilde sein, welche in einem Rohr 1 gebündelt und z.B. durch Längswände geführt sind. Betätigt und angeschlossen werden sie über eine Stange 2 und Druckknopfmechanismus 3.
- Die Einstichspitze ist mit 4 bezeichnet. Hinter der Spitze 4 sind Umlenkwölbungen 5 eingeformt, die ein Ausfahren der unter Vorspannung stehenden Elektrodendrähte E in Schirmform ermöglichen. Diese Elektrodendrähte E können auch als Röhrchen ausgebildet sein, so daß mit ihnen auch Flüssigkeiten und Gase injiziert werden können.
- Bei der Fig. 2 handelt es sich im Prinzip um dasselbe wie bei den Figuren la und lb, nur ist hier das Elektrodenbündel E in Fächerform angeordnet. Der oder die Fächer können auch seitlich angeordnet sein.
- Fig. 3 zeigt eine kaskadenförmige Ausbildung der Elektroden nach Fig. 1. Durch die Hintereinanderschaltung von solchen ausfahrbaren Elektrodenschirmen ist es möglich, im Körperinnern eine sogenannte ~Kaskaden-Ionophorese" herbeizuführen, d.h. bringt man durch den Elektrodenschirm El eine ionisierte Behandlungsflüssigkeit 7 in den Körper ein und legt an den Elektrodenschirm El eine Positivladung und an den Elektrodenschirm E2 eine Negativladung, so werden die Ionen 7 der Behandlungsflüssigkeit durch El in Pfeilrichtung nach vorn gedrückt und durch den Elektrodenschirm E2 in Pfeilrichtung nach vorn gezogen. An gewünschter Stelle können diese ionisierten Flüssigkeiten sogar durch einen entsprechenden Schirm wieder abgesaugt werden.
- Dies ist von besonderer Wichtigkeit, da man mit dieser Methode ansonsten schädliche Medikamente in den Körper einbringen und weiterreichen und dann wieder abziehen kann. Schließlich kann durch eine computermäßige Schaltung der Elektrodenschirme zwischen den Kaskaden ein Hin- und Herschieben der ionisierten Flüssigkeiten nach Wunsch erreicht werden, Sämtliche bisher beschriebenen Elektroden eignen sich auch zur mechanischen Massage, also Gewebelockerung und Tu mo rzerstörung.
- Fig. 4a zeigt eine Arretiermöglichkeit der ausgefahrenen Elektrodenschirme mit Hilfe eines Gewindes 8 und einer Rän delschraube 9.
- Fig. 4b zeigt eine in weiten Grenzen einstellbare Möglichkeit der Betätigungsstange 2 gegenüber dem Rohr 1 durch eine seitlich klemmende Rändelschraube 10.
- In den nun folgenden Figuren sind Lösungen beschrieben, bei welchen vorwiegend mit flüssigen oder gasförmigen Medien als Elektrodenmaterial gearbeitet wird.
- Fig. 5a zeigt eine Nadel 11 mit Spitze 12, die in einem Rohr 13 geführt ist. Zwischen Spitze 12 und Ende des Rohres 13 ist ein durch Verschiebung des Rohres 13 gegenüber der Nadel 11 einstellbarer Ringraum oder Löcher 14, durch welchen oder welche - in Pfeilrichtung gesehen - Elektrodenflüssigkeiten und Gase injiziert werden können.
- Eine Abwandlung zur Fig. 5a zeigt die Fig. Sb. Hier werden durch pneumatischen oder hydraulischen Druck Ballone 15 nach dem Einstechen in den Körper ausgefahren und dienen so als Elektroden oder Massagekörper. Diese Ballone 15 können außerdem porös sein und das Elektrodenmedium durchlassen.
- Fig. 6 zeigt die kaskadenförmige Anordnung der Elektrode entsprechend Fig. 5a. Es können hier dieselben Behandlungsmethoden, wie unter Fig. 3 beschrieben, Anwendung finden. Es kann z~B. durch einen Schlitz 14 Isolationsmedium und durch den oder die anderen Schlitze leitendes Medium eingespritzt werden. Auch ist es möglich, noch mehrere solcher Düsen 14 hintereinander anzuordnen.
- Schließlich kann auch noch eine Kombination solcher Einstichelektroden mit einem Endoskop stattfinden, wobei z.B. die Endoskopoptik in der Spitze untergebracht ist bzw. die ganze Vorrichtung als Endoskop -auch sondenähnlich - ausgebildet ist.
- Fig. 7 zeigt eine Einstichelektrode, bei welcher das Elektroden~ medium nur auf einer Seite 16a, 16b austreten kann. Hier wird sich also eine fächerförmige Elektrode herausbilden, während sich bei den Figuren 5 und 6 "blumenartige" Elektroden herausbilden.
- Fig. 8 und 9 schließlich zeigen noch eine Möglichkeit, die Umlenkung des Elektrodenmediums dadurch zu erhöhen und zu erweitern, indem die innere Nadel als Hohlnadel 20 ausgebildet ist, in welcher ein Betätigungsdraht 21 geführt ist, welcher die elastisch verformbare und rückziehbare Spitze 22 zu verstellen in der Lage ist. Es ist klar, daß sich dadurch die Umlenkweite von w auf W vergrößert.
- Die Erfindung beschränkt sich nicht auf die dargestellten Beispiele.
- So sind alle Abmessungen ohne Maßstab.
- Auch können die Elektroden zahlenmäßig in beliebiger Menge an einem Gerät auftreten - auch kombiniert mechanisch, hydraulisch, pneumatisch. Ansprüche
Claims (10)
- Patentansprüche Einstichelektrode, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Einrichtungen aufweist, welche es nach dem Einstechen in beliebige Körperteile oder Hohlräume gestatten, daß nahezug beliebig große Elektroden auf mechanische, hydraulische oder pneumatische Weise oder in geeigneter Kombination derselben erzeugt werden können, um damit ohne größere eröffnende Operationen (z. B. im Gehirn) größere Behandlungsflächen an bzw. in den kranken Organgen (z. B . auch parallel zur Körperoberfläche) zu erreichen.
- 2. Einstichelektrode nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Elektroden in einer oder mehreren Anordnungen an einer Einsticheinheit angeordnet sind, wobei bei Anordnung von mehreren Elektroden an einer Einheit der sogenannte und vorweg beschriebene Kaskadeneffekt erzielt werden kann.
- 3. Einstichelektrode nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Elektroden aus ausfahrbaren Drähten bestehen, welche evtl.unter mechanischer Vorspannung stehen können und sich somit schirm- und fächerartig im Gewebe verbreitern können.
- 4. Einstichelektrode nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Elektroden aus leitenden Flüssigkeiten oder Gasen bestehen, welche durch ringförmige und verstellbare Öffnungen (14) oder schlitzförmige ~Iffnungen oder Bohrungen (1 6a, 1 6b) austreten.
- 5. Einstichelektrode nach Anspruch 1, 2 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spitze (22) aus elastischem Material besteht und durch einen Betätigungsdraht (21) dergestalt verformt werden kann, daß nach Einbringen der Elektrode in den Körper die Umlenkung der Elektro denflüssigkeit bzw. des Gases oder der Drähte oder Röhrchen bis auf das radiale Maß (5N) vergrößert werden kann (Fig. 9).
- 6. Einstichelektrode nach Anspruch 1 und Z, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als erweiterungsfähige Elektroden Ballone (15) vorgesehen sind, welche auch porös sein können, um Medikamente in den Körper einbringen zu können.
- 70 Einstichelektrode nach Anspruch 1 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine z.B. fächerartige oder kreisförmige Rehandlungsfläche durch das Überstreichen (z. B. Längsfahren oder Rotieren) eines beweglichen Mediumstrahles (z.B. Gas oder Flüssigkeit) erzeugt wird,
- 8. Einstichelektrode nach Anspruch 1 und folgenden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spitze der Einstichelektrode eine Endoskop-Optik enthält.
- 9. iEinstichelektrode nach Anspruch 1 und folgenden, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, daß das Medium mit Hochdruck (z.B. Impfpistole oder Explòsionsschock) eingeführt wird.
