Claims (5)

Patentansprüche:
1. System zum Identifizieren einer Mehrzahl bestimmter Rundfunkprogramme in einem Signal unter Venwendung eines Kennzeichnungsauszugs, gekennzeichnet durch:
- Mittel zum Feststellen des Auftretens eines vorbestimmten Ereignisses in dem Signal;
- Mittel zum Feststellen des Auftretens eines Stabilitätszustandes in dem Signal nach dem Auftreten des betreffenden vorbestimmten Ereignisses und
- Mittel zum Herausziehen der Kennzeichnung aus dem Signal nach dem Auftreten dieses Stabilitätszustandes.
2. System nach Anspruch 1, worin das Signal ein Fernseh-Rundfunksignal ist und die Mittel zum Feststellen des vorbestimmten Ereignisses Mittel enthalten zur Feststellung eines langsamen Szenenwechsels von einer Fernsehszene zu einer anderen Fernsehszene in dem Fernsehbildsignal.
3. System nach Anspruch 1, worin das Signal ein Fernseh-Rundfunksignal ist und die Mittel zum Feststellen des vorbestimmten Ereignisses Mittel enthalten zur Feststellung eines blanken Bildfeldes mit fehlendem Ton, gefolgt von einem nichtblanken Bildfeld in dem Fernsehbildsignal.
4. System nach Anspruch 1, worin das Signal ein Fernseh-Rundfunksignal ist und die Mittel zur Feststellung des vorbestimmten Ereignisses Mittel enthalten zur Feststellung einer vorbestimmten Größenänderung in dem Fernseh-Tonsignal.

5. System nach Anspruch 1, worin das Signal ein Fernseh-Rundfunksignal ist und die Mittel zur Feststellung des vorbestimmten Ereignisses Mittel enthalten zum Feststellen einer vorbestimmten Größenänderung in einer ausgewählten Farbkomponente des Fernsehbildsignals.
6. System nach Anspruch 1, worin die Mittel zur Feststellung des vorbestimmten Ereignisses Mittel enthalten für die Feststellung des Ablaufes einer vorbestimmten Zeitdauer nach dem Auftreten eines vorausgehenden vorbestimmten Ereignisses.
7. System nach Anspruch 6, worin die vorbestimmte Zeitdauer etwa 3 - 10 s beträgt.
8. System nach Anspruch 1, worin das Signal ein Radio-Rundfunksignal ist und die Mittel zur Feststellung des vorbestimmten Ereignisses Mittel enthalten für die Feststellung einer vorbestimmten Größenänderung des Radiosignals.
9. System nach Anspruch 1, worin das Signal ein Fernseh-Rundfunksignal ist und die Mittel zur Feststellung des Auftretens des vorbestimmten Ereignisses Mittel zur Tiefpaßfilterung des Bildsignals für die Erzeugung eines Bildumhüllungssignals, Mittel zum periodischen Abtasten des Bildumhüllungssignals für die Lieferung einer Serie von Bildproben und Mittel zum Vergleichen der Bildproben und eines vorbestimmten Schwellenwertes für die Anzeige eines blanken Bildfeldes enthalten, worin die Bildproben geringer sind als der vorbestimmte Schwellenwert.
10. System nach Anspruch 9, worin die Mittel zur Tiefpaßfilterung des Bildsignals einen Frequenzgang von etwa 0 bis 2 kHz aufweisen.

11. System nach Anspruch 9, worin die Mittel zum Abtasten
des Bildumhülungssignals Mittel zum Aufnehmen einer vorbestimmten Zahl Proben des Bildumhüllungssignals und Mittel zum Aufnehmen des Mittelwertes vorbestimmter aufeinanderfolgender Proben enthalten, um eine Mehrzahl Mittelwertsignale zu erzeugen, wobei jedes Mittelwertsignal eines der Merkmale bezeichnet, die eine Merkmalskette bilden.
12. System nach Anspruch 1, worin das Signal ein Fernseh-Rundfunksignal ist und die Mittel zum Feststellen des Auftretens des vorbestimmten Ereignisses Mittel zur Tiefpaßfilterung des Bildsignals für die Lieferung eines Bildumhüllungssignals, Mittel zum periodischen Abtasten des Bildumhüllungssignals für die Lieferung einer Serie von Bildproben und Mittel zum Vergleichen dieser Serie von Bildproben mit einer vorausgegangenen Serie Bildproben enthalten, um ein vorausgegangenes Ereignis in Gestalt eines langsamen Szenenwechsels anzugeben, worin der Absolutwert der Differenz der Serien von Proben größer ist als ein vorbestimmter Schwellenwert.
13. System nach Anspruch 12, worin die Mittel zur Tiefpaßfilterung des Bildsignals einen Frequenzgang von etwa O bis 2 kHz aufweisen.
14. System nach Anspruch 1, worin die Mittel zur Feststellung des Auftretens des vorbestimmten Ereignisses Mittel zum Verai— beiten des Tonspektrumsignals für die Lieferung einer Mehrzahl von Tonspektrumsignalen und Mittel zur Digitalisierung der Tonspektrumsignale und zum Vergleichen der digitalisierten Tonspektrumsignale mit vorausgehend erzeugten digitalisierten Tonspektrumsignalen zum Anzeigen eines vorbestimmten Ereignisses enthalten, worin eine vorbestimmte Größenänderung festgestellt wird.

■1.5. System nach Anspruch 14, worin der Schritt der Verarbeitung des Tonsignals im Bereich von etwa 330 Hz bis 2,54 kHz erfolgt.

System nach Anspruch 1, worin die Mittel zum Herausziehen einer Kennzeichnung aus dem zu identifizierenden Rundfunksignal Mittel zur Tiefpaßfilterung eines Bildsignals für die Lieferung eines Bildumhüllungssignals, Mittel zum periodischen Abtasten des Bildumhüllungssignals für die Lieferung einer Serie von Bildproben, Mittel zur Digitalisierung der Bildproben für die Lieferung einer Bildkennzeichnung, Mittel zur Verarbeitung eines Tonsignals für die Lieferung einer Mehrzahl Tonspektrumsignale, Mittel zur Digitalisierung der Tonspektrumsignale für die Lieferung einer Tonkennzeichnung und Mittel zum Kombinieren der Bildkennzeichnung und der Tonkennzeichnung aufweisen.
17. System nach Anspruch 16, worin die Mittel zum Kombinieren der Bildkennzeichnung und der Tonkennzeichnung Mittel zur Erstellung einer für die Bildkennzeichnung charakteristischen ersten Merkmalskette, Mittel zur Erstellung einer für die Tonkennzeichnung bezeichnenden zweiten Merkmalskette und Mittel zum Verketten der ersten und der zweiten Merkmalskette enthalten .
18. System nach Anspruch 1, worin die Mittel zum Feststellen des Auftretens eines Stabilitätszustandes
- Mittel zur Tiefpaßfilterung eines Bildsignals für die Lieferung eines Bildumhüllungssignals,
- Mittel zum periodischen Abtasten des Bildumhüllungssignals für die Lieferung einer Serie von Proben,
- Mittel zum Errechnen eines Absolutwertes der Differenz dieser Serie von Bildproben und einer vorausgegangenen Serie von Bildproben sowie
- Mittel zum Vergleichen der errechneten Absolutwerte und eines vorbestimmten Schwellenwertes für die Anzeige des Stabilitätszustandes aufweisen, wobei die errechneten Absolutwerte geringer sind als der vorbestimmte Schwellenwert.
19. System nach Anspruch 18, das weiterhin Mittel zum Erhöhen des vorbestimmten Schwellenwertes enthält, wobei nach dem Auftreten des festgestellten vorbestimmten Ereignisses eine vorbestimmte Zeit vergeht ohne Feststellung eines Stabilitätszustandes.
