Abstract
Verfahren zum Stimulieren der Produktion einer oder mehrerer kurzkettiger Fettsäuren (SCFAs) durch die Darmmikrobiota eines Individuums, umfassend das Verabreichen eines flüssigen, nicht-milchbasierten probiotischen Präparats, das eine Population von Milchsäurebakterien umfasst, an das Individuum.
Claims (37)
- Verfahren zum Stimulieren der Produktion einer oder mehrerer kurzkettiger Fettsäuren (SCFAs) durch die Darmmikrobiota eines Individuums, umfassend das Verabreichen eines flüssigen, nicht-milchbasierten probiotischen Präparats, das eine Population von Milchsäurebakterien umfasst, an das Individuum.
- Verfahren zum Fördern der Magen-Darm-Gesundheit bei einem Individuum, umfassend das Verabreichen eines flüssigen, nicht-milchbasierten probiotischen Präparats, das eine Population von Milchsäurebakterien umfasst, wobei das Verabreichen des probiotischen Präparats die Produktion einer oder mehrerer kurzkettiger Fettsäuren (SCFAs) durch die Darmmikrobiota des Individuums fördert und dadurch die Darmgesundheit fördert.
- Verfahren nach
Anspruch 1 oderAnspruch 2 , bei dem die ein oder mehreren SCFAs ausgewählt sind aus Butyrat, Propionat und Acetat, vorzugsweise Butyrat: - Verfahren zum Fördern des Wachstums einer oder mehrerer bakterieller Phyla, ausgewählt aus Actinobacteria (z. B. Bifidobacteriaceae), Firmicutes (z. B. Veillonellaceae, Lachnospiraceae, Streptococcaceae, Eubacteriaceae, Ruminococcaceae, Erysipelotrichaceae, Clostridiaceae), Proteobacteria (z. B. Enterobacteriaceae) in der Darmmikrobiota eines Individuums, wobei das Verfahren das Verabreichen eines flüssigen, nicht-milchbasierten probiotischen Präparats, das eine Population von Milchsäurebakterien umfasst, an das Individuum umfasst.
- Verfahren zum Hemmen des Wachstums einer oder mehrerer bakterieller Phyla, ausgewählt aus Actinobacteria (z.B. Coriobacteriaceae, Eggerthellaceae), Bacteroidetes (z.B. Bäcteroidaceae, Rikenellaceae, Lachnospiraceae, Ruminococcaceae), Firmicutes (z.B. Acidaminococcaceae, Enterococcaceae, Clostridiaceae, Peptostreptococcaceae), Proteobacteria (z.B. Enterobacteriaceae), Synergistetes (z.B. Synergistaceae) und Verrucomicrobio (z.B. Akkermansiaceae) in der Darmmikrobiota eines Individuums, wobei das Verfahren das Verabreichen eines flüssigen, nicht-milchartigen probiotischen Präparats an das Individuum umfasst, die eine Population von Milchsäurebakterien umfasst.
- Verfahren nach
Anspruch 4 oder5 , bei dem die Wirkung auf das Wachstum der ein oder mehreren bakteriellen Phyla im Darmschleimhautkompartiment stattfindet. - Verfahren nach einem der
Ansprüche 4 bis6 , bei dem die Wirkung auf das Wachstum der ein oder mehreren bakteriellen Phyla im Darmlumenkompartiment stattfindet. - Verfahren zum Fördern der Integrität der Darmschranke bei einem Individuum, wobei das Verfahren das Verabreichen eines flüssigen, nicht-milchbasierten probiotischen Präparats, das eine Population von Milchsäurebakterien umfasst, an das Individuum umfasst, wobei das Verabreichen des probiotischen Präparats die Integrität der Darmschranke fördert.
- Verfahren nach
Anspruch 8 , wobei das Verfahren den Verlust der Integrität der Darmschranke bei einem Subjekt verhindert oder verringert. - Verfahren nach
Anspruch 8 oder9 , wobei das Subjekt dem Risiko eines Verlustes der Integrität der Darmschranke ausgesetzt ist. - Verfahren nach
Anspruch 8 , wobei das Verfahren die Reparatur der Darmschranke fördert. - Verfahren zum Fördern eines tolerogenen Darmphänotyps bei einem Individuum, wobei das Verfahren das Verabreichen eines flüssigen, nicht-milchbasierten probiotischen Präparats an das Individuum umfasst, das eine Population von Milchsäurebakterien umfasst, wobei das Verabreichen des probiotischen Präparats den tolerogenen Darmphänotyp fördert.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Verfahren ein nicht-therapeutisches Verfahren ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem das Individuum ein gesundes Individuum ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem sich das Individuum in einem Zustand der intestinalen Dysbiose befindet.
- Verfahren nach einem der
Ansprüche 1 -12 und15 , wobei das Verfahren ein therapeutisches Verfahren ist. - Verfahren nach einem der
Ansprüche 1 bis12 und15 bis16 , bei dem das Individuum an einem Zustand leidet, der ausgewählt ist aus Parkinson-Krankheit, Leberzirrhose, entzündlicher Darmerkrankung (IBD), Clostridium-difficile-Infektion, MRSA-Infektion, E. coli-Infektion, Salmonellen-Infektion, Norovirus-Infektion, Giardiasis, Zöliakie, chronischer Nierenerkrankung, HIV/AIDS, zystischer Fibrose, Typ-1-Diabetes, Fettleibigkeit und chronischem Erschöpfungssyndrom. - Verfahren nach einem der
Ansprüche 1 bis12 und15 bis17 , bei dem das Individuum an der Parkinson-Krankheit leidet. - Verfahren nach einem der
Ansprüche 1 bis12 und15 bis17 , bei dem das Individuum an einer Leberzirrhose leidet. - Verfahren nach einem der
Ansprüche 1 bis12 und15 bis17 , bei dem das Individuum an IBD leidet. - Verfahren zum Behandeln oder Vorbeugen der Parkinson-Krankheit bei einem Individuum, wobei das Verfahren das Verabreichen eines flüssigen, nicht-milchbasierten probiotischen Präparats, das eine Population von Milchsäurebakterien umfasst, an das Individuum umfasst.
- Verfahren nach
Anspruch 21 , bei dem das Verabreichen des probiotischen Präparats bei dem Patienten eines oder mehrere von motorischen Symptomen, nicht-motorischen Symptomen, systemischen Entzündungsmarkern verbessert. - Verfahren nach
Anspruch 21 oder22 , bei dem das Verabreichen des probiotischen Präparats nichtmotorische Symptome bei dem Patienten, optional gastrointestinale nichtmotorische Symptome bei dem Patienten, verbessert. - Verfahren nach einem der
Ansprüche 21 -23 , bei dem das Verabreichen des probiotischen Präparats die Integrität der Darmschranke verbessert. - Verfahren nach einem der
Ansprüche 21 -24 , bei dem das Verabreichen des probiotischen Präparats die Reparatur der Darmschranke verbessert. - Verfahren nach einem der
Ansprüche 21 -25 , bei dem das Verabreichen des probiotischen Präparats einen tolerogenen Darmphänotyp bei dem Patienten fördert. - Verfahren nach einem der
Ansprüche 21 bis25 , bei dem das Verabreichen des probiotischen Präparats die Parkinson-Krankheit bei dem Patienten behandelt oder verhindert, indem es die Schwere oder das Fortschreiten der motorischen Symptome verringert oder das Auftreten der motorischen Symptome verlangsamt oder verhindert. - Verfahren nach einem der
Ansprüche 21 -26 , bei dem sich das Subjekt in einem Zustand gastrointestinaler Dysbiose befindet, optional, bei dem das Subjekt im Vergleich zu gesunden Kontrollen einen erhöhten Gehalt an Firmicutes und/oder einen reduzierten Gehalt an Bacteroidetes in seiner Darmmikrobiota aufweist. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem das Verfahren die Produktion eines oder mehrerer entzündungshemmender Moleküle durch Darmepithelzellen fördert, optional, wobei die ein oder mehreren entzündungshemmenden Moleküle aus IL-6 und IL-10 ausgewählt sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Verfahren die Produktion eines oder mehrerer proinflammatorischer Moleküle durch Darmepithelzellen reduziert, optional, wobei das eine oder die mehreren proinflammatorischen Moleküle unter CXCL-10, TNFa, IL-8 und MCP-1 ausgewählt sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der
Ansprüche 4 -30 , wobei das Verfahren die Produktion von einem oder mehreren SCFAs, vorzugsweise Acetat, Propionat oder Butyrat, vorzugsweise Butyrat, fördert. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Milchsäurebakterienpopulation eine oder mehrere der Bakterien Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus plantarum und Enterococcus faecium umfasst.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Population der Milchsäurebakterien jeweils Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus plantarum und Enterococcus faecium umfasst.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Verfahren die Produktion einer oder mehrerer verzweigtkettiger Fettsäuren (BCFA) und/oder von Ammonium durch die Darmmikrobiota des Patienten reduziert
- Verfahren nach
Anspruch 34 , bei dem die ein oder mehreren BCFAs ausgewählt sind aus Isobutyrat, Isovalerat und 2-Methylbutyrat. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die probiotische Zusammensetzung dem Individuum mindestens einmal pro Woche, vorzugsweise einmal pro Tag, verabreicht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die probiotische Zusammensetzung dem Individuum über einen Zeitraum von mindestens 1 Monat, mindestens 2 Monaten oder mindestens 3 Monaten verabreicht wird.
