Die Übersetzung von Kurbel e zum Messer f ist eine Übersetzung ins Schnelle, so daß bei einer Umdrehung der Kurbel β das Messer f mehrmals hin und her geht. Der Apparat kann auch für Kraftbetrieb eingerichtet werden.
