Gegenstand der Erfindung ist die Verwendung von Vliesen aus synthetischen Fasern und/oder Fäden als Aufzuchtsmedium für Muscheln.
Neben der Nutzung wild wachsender Muscheln durch mühseliges Sammeln gibt es insbesondere für die wirtschaftlich wertvollen wie Austern und Blaumuscheln (Miesmuscheln) eine gezielte Züchtung mit meist einfachen aber nicht iaaner wirtschaftlichen Vorrichtungen. Diese sind stationär angelegt, wie z.B. Stangen und Pfähle im Küstenwasser oder Flöße, die selbst oder über Ausleger in das Wasser hängende Taue tragen.
Die Erfindung betrifft nun die Verwendung von Vliesen aus synthetischen Fäden und/oder FaBern in Form von Bahnen, Platten oder Hohlkörpern als Aufzuchtsmedium für Muscheln. Vorzugsweise werden mechanisch und/oder chemisch verfestigte Vliese verwendet. Als synthetische Fäden bzw. Fasern werden solche aus hochmolekularen linearen Polymeren bzw. Polykondensaten, wie Polyamiden, Polyestern odsr Polyolefinen in Titerbereich von 1 bis 500 dtex eingesetzt. Vorteilhafterweise werden Vliese aus grobtitriger Polyamid-6-Kräuselfasern verwendet.

Es wird somit eine Kulturvorrichtung geschaffen, die bei relativ einfacher Konstruktion sich reißfester (tragfähiger) Synthesefaser-Vliese bedient, die im Salz- und Süßwasser be-" ständig sind. Die Verwendung eines solchen Wirriasergebildee hat folgende Vorteile:
1) leichte und rationelle Handhabung,
2) wahlweise Breite und damit Bewuchs,
3) Durchfluß des Wassers mit Heranbringen des Planktons an den gesamten Vliesabschnitt - oberflächlich wie auch innerhalb des Vlieses,
fe 4) fester Halt für Muscheilarven in der Anfangszeit der Aufzucht,
5) gute Prüfmöglichkeit, gute Erntebedingungen und
6) rasche Umsetzungsmöglichkeit bei Wasserverunreinigung.
Das Vlies kann auch mit einer Gewebe-, Fadengelege-Einlage ale Armierung zur Verbesserung der mechanischen Festigkeit versehen sein. Durch Beschweren kann das Vlies beispielsweise mittels Bariumsulfat, Quarzsand oder Feldspatmehl abgesenkt werden.
Beispielsweise sind Vl lea bahnen mit einer Dicke von 8 turn aus Polya»id-6-Kräueelfasern mit einem Titer von 100 dtex und einer fc Schnittlänge von 120 mm hergestellt, die durch Nadeln und Lataxierung verfestigt sind, gemäß Pig. I derart verwendet, daß die muscheltragenden Vliesbahnen (2) an dem verankerten Schwimmfloss (1) angebracht sind. Gemäß Fig. II werden die Barlumsulfat enthaltenden, muscheltragenden Vliesbahnen ent weder unter Wasser pelagisch (3) oder auf Grund (4) ausgelegt. Die Vliesbahnen sind mit Orientierungsbojen (5) versehen. Auf grund der Dichte des Polyamids-6 und des einstellbaren Aufbaue des Vlieses kann eine pelagische Verlegung im Wasser erreicht werden, die besonders vorteilhaft fUr die Aufzucht 1st.

Claims (1)

  1. Patentansprüche:
    1} Verwendung von Vliesen aus synthetischen Faden uncl/oder Fasern in Form von Bahnen, Matten, Platten oder Hohlkörpern als Aufzuchtsmedium für Muscheln.
    2) Muschelzuchtmatte, bestehend aus einem Vlies aus
    synthetischen lasern und/oder Fäden.
    5) Muachelzuchtmatte nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Vlies aus grobtitrigem gekräuselten PoIyamlci-6-Faaern besteht.
    4) Muechelzuchtiaatte nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daö das Vlies mit eir.er Gewebeeinlage armiert let,
    5) Ku8chel£iuchtmatte nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeich net, daß daa Vlies mit einem Beechwerungsmittel versehen ist.
