Verfahren zur kontinuierlichen Herstellung zweifarbiger Reinigungsmittelstücke, insbesondere SeifenProcess for the continuous production of two-tone detergent bars, in particular soaps
The invention relates to e, in a process for continuous Manufacture of detergent bars, especially soaps, the two halves of which are colored differently.
Multi-colored, in particular two-colored, soap bars are very popular with consumers. For the successful large-scale serial production of two-tone bars of soap, two prerequisites must be met: These products must be easy to manufacture in a continuous manner Λ without excessive equipment or even manual effort as part of the usual soap production, and on the other hand, the different colored parts of the finished product should be seamlessly connected and which have different colors until their final consumption. The previously known methods for producing such bars of soap, however, either lead to unsatisfactory products or, because of their complexity, are unprofitable and therefore not usable on an industrial scale.
2098 16/0578 -2-According to the present invention, two-colored detergent pieces, in particular soaps, are produced in an extruder A with two parallel running extruder screws in a simple manner in such a way that the differently colored soap masses are first fed into one of the two extruder screws, which are separated by a partition and driven at the same speed are introduced and in the tapered part of the double extrusion press at the end of the partition wall under increased pressure, the differently colored parts are seamlessly connected. The two-colored soap strand emerging through the mouthpiece is then cut into pieces that can still be embossed and / or punched. The detergent pieces produced in this way have two differently colored halves which merge seamlessly into one another and maintain the uniform halved coloring throughout the duration of their use. 2098 16/0578 -2-
From the German patent specification 932 624 the production of piled multicolored soap bars is known, ciie from several There are piled and mutually mounted parts of different consistency and texture, whereby extrusion at different times at different temperatures takes place, the different pieces are put together and then finally pressed. The coupling of each Soap parts are made mechanically by heavily undercut grooves and tongues. Not to mention the inconvenience this process, which makes a large-scale application impossible, can be used in this way detergent pieces, whose halves are colored differently, do not manufacture.
Patent 3,268,970 describes a method of making multicolored detergent bars, wherein the differently colored soap masses introduced into two extrusion presses arranged at right angles to one another and in one common strand head are combined and pressed together. The method according to the invention has the advantage over the method disclosed in US Pat. No. 3,268,970 on that for the production of the two-tone detergent piece only a machine and a drive unit are needed. The parallel arrangement of the extruder screws significantly simplifies the design of the strand head, as a result, compared to the special extruder head required in the process according to US Pat. No. 3,268,970 Production costs arise and easier cleaning and a lower susceptibility to repair of the device can be achieved. In addition, in continuous operation with parallel running screws, the pressure conditions and the synchronism of the Screws are controlled much more precisely than it is in the two right-angled machines according to the US patent 3 268 97o is possible.

Die Herstellung der zweifarbigen Reinigungsmittelstücke erfolgt dabei auf folgende Weise:the device used in the method according to the invention given. Figure 1 shows a plan view, Figure 2 shows a side view of this apparatus. The manufacture of the two-tone Detergent pieces are done in the following way:
Aus der Vakuumkammer übernehmen die unteren, ebenfalls getrennten Extruderschnecken (6) den Weitertransport und komprimieren die beiden verschiedenfarbigen Massen im Konus (7), an dessen Eingang die Trennwand aufhört (3') , bei einem Druck von etwaTwo premixed, separately run, differently colored soap masses in the form of chips are put into the funnel (1), which is divided into two chambers, filled and the upper screw (2), which is separated by a partition (3) and from a cooling jacket (4) are supplied. These snails homogenize the soap mass and guide it into the vacuum chamber (5). Here, too, the differently colored soap masses are still separated by a wall (3). The lower, also separate extruder screws (6) take over the further transport and compression from the vacuum chamber the two different colored masses in the cone (7), at the entrance of which the partition wall ends (3 '), at a pressure of about

As starting materials for the production of the differently colored detergent pieces according to the invention, all of them have hitherto been used substances described for this purpose can be used. They are particularly suitable in the manufacture of toilet soaps Commonly used raw materials such as tallow and nut oil fatty acids; however, alkali salts of other fatty acids obtained by saponification of, for example, palm oil, olive oil and Tall oil have been obtained, find use. Also synthetic straight-chain and / or branched fatty acids, their Used as a foaming agent and superfatting agent in production known from fine soaps can be added in small amounts.
The two-tone cleaning agents to be produced according to the invention Pieces naturally contain the usual fragrances, with each differently colored half also being different Fragrances can be added. It is useful to have the perfume or the perfume compositions in the soap body to fix by adding so-called "fixators" such as resin acids or benzyl benzoate. The coloring of the different colored Soap starting masses are expediently carried out simultaneously with the addition of other substances. Both water-soluble and pigment dyes are suitable here. Should one side the two-tone detergent pieces are white in color, for example titanium dioxide is used to achieve an opaque appearance. To increase the luminosity of the The addition of optical brighteners has proven useful in colored soaps.
