Claims (16)

1. Aerobic-Übungsvorrichtung, gekennzeichnet durch:
ein Grundgestell (20, 20', 20"); und
einen auf das Grundgestell (20, 20', 20") montier­ ten elastischen Blasenkörper (10), wobei der Blasenkörper (10) hat: eine auf dem Grundgestell (20, 20', 20") angeord­ nete Bodenwand (11) mit einem ersten Rand (110), eine ge­ krümmte umliegende Wand (12) mit einem mit dem ersten Rand (110) der Bodenwand (11) verbundenen zweiten Rand (120), um einen Raum (14) zur Aufnahme eines Fluids zu definieren, und einen umgebenden Flansch (13), der sich von dem zweiten Rand (120) der gekrümmten umgebenden Wand (12) nach unten er­ streckt und der angeordnet ist, um das Grundgestell (20, 20', 20") zu umgeben, wobei die gekrümmte umgebende Wand (12) einen oberen Wandteil (121) und einen mit dem oberen Wandteil (121) verbundenen und mit dem zweiten Rand (120) ausgebildeten gekrümmten umgebenden Wandteil (122) hat, wo­ bei der Blasenkörper (10) eine erste Achse (x), die durch eine Mitte der Bodenwand (11) läuft und entlang derer die Bodenwand (11) eine Breite (w) hat, und eine zweite Achse (y) definiert, welche durch die Mitte der Bodenwand (11) und des oberen Wandteils (121) der umgebenden Wand (12) läuft und welche transversal zur ersten Achse (x) ist und entlang derer die gekrümmte umgebende Wand (12) eine maximale Höhe (h) hat, die geringer als die Breite (w) der Bodenwand (11) ist, wobei der obere Wandteil (121) eine höhere Steifheit als die des umgebenden Wandteils (122) und eine geringere als die der Bodenwand (11) hat.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekenn­ zeichnet, daß der obere Wandteil (121) der umgebenden Wand (12) eine leicht konvexe äußere Oberfläche (1212) hat.
3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch ge­ kennzeichnet, daß der obere Wandteil (121) der umgebenen Wand (12) eine äußere Oberfläche (1212) hat, die mit einer spiralförmigen Verstärkungsrippe (1211) ausgebildet ist.
4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden An­ sprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bodenwand (11) eine äußere Oberfläche (110) hat, die mit mehreren Profilen (111) ausgebildet ist.
5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden An­ sprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die umgebende Wand (12) eine äußere Oberfläche (120) hat, die mit mehreren abgerun­ deten Vorsprüngen (123) ausgebildet ist.
6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden An­ sprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bodenwand (11) eine im allgemeinen rechteckige Form mit abgerundeten Ecken hat und die maximale Höhe (h) geringer als eine minimale Breite (w) der Bodenwand (11) ist.
7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden An­ sprüche, die ferner durch mehrere Verschlüsse (30) zum Befe­ stigen des umgebenden Flansches (13) an dem Grundgestell (20) gekennzeichnet ist.
8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden An­ sprüche, die ferner durch mehrere Zugseile (40) gekennzeich­ net ist, von denen jedes an einem Ende mit dem Grundgestell (20, 20', 20") verbunden ist.
9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, die ferner dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß jedes der Zugseile (40) elastisch ist.
10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, die ferner dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß das Grundgestell (20, 20', 20") mit mehreren Haken (23) zum jeweiligen Verbinden mit den Zugseilen (40) versehen ist.

Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden An­ sprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Grundgestell (20, 20', 20") ein äußeres zu einer Schleife gestaltetes Grundgestellteil (21) und mehrere in dem Grundgestellteil (21) angeordnete und damit verbundene Verstärkungselemente (22) aufweist, wobei die Bodenwand (11) des Blasenkörpers mit mehreren aufnehmenden Rillen (112) zum jeweiligen Aufnehmen der Verstärkungselemente (22) ausgebildet ist.
12. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden An­ sprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Grundgestell (20, 20', 20") eine Unterseite mit mehreren darauf montierten An­ tirutschkissen (24, 28) hat.
13. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden An­ sprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Grundgerüst (20') eine obere Oberfläche (25) hat, die mit mehreren Antirutsch­ profilen (251) ausgebildet ist.
14. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden An­ sprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Grundgestell (20') eine gekrümmte obere Oberfläche hat.
15. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden An­ sprüche, wobei die obere Oberfläche (25) des Grundgestells (20') leicht konvex ist.
16. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Grundgestell (20") eine im wesentlichen ebene obere Oberfläche (25') hat.
