Claims (9)
1. Drehzahlregelung für einen bürstenlosen
Gleichstrommotor, wobei der Gleichstrommotor einen
Stator, einen Rotor und einen Elektromagneten
umfasst, wobei sich der Elektromagnet in der Nähe
des Rotors befindet, der Stator ein permanentes
Magnetfeld erzeugt, und der Elektromagnet
angetrieben wird, um ein wechselndes Magnetfeld zu
erzeugen;
weiter eine Speiseeinheit und ein regelndes Element umfassend, wobei das regelnde Element mit der Speiseeinheit verbunden ist, um die Speisung des Elektromagneten zu regeln, so dass im Betrieb ein vom Gleichstrommotor generiertes Drehmoment geregelt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Drehzahlregelung in der Lage ist eine Spannung (V(ϕ)) als Funktion der Rotordrehgeschwindigkeit, der Rotorposition (ϕ), der Rotorbelastung und des Motorantriebs zu generieren,
wobei die Drehzahlregelung den Verlauf der Spannung (V(ϕ)) des Motors als Funktion der Rotorposition ϕ so einstellt, dass die momentane Kopplung T(ϕ) mindestens in der Nähe einer Umpolung des antreibenden Magnetfeldes den Bedingungen entspricht, dass
die Ableitung ∂T(ϕ)/∂ϕ hauptsächlich Null ist, und die zweite Ableitung ∂2T(ϕ)/∂ϕ2 eine hauptsächlich monotone Funktion ist.
weiter eine Speiseeinheit und ein regelndes Element umfassend, wobei das regelnde Element mit der Speiseeinheit verbunden ist, um die Speisung des Elektromagneten zu regeln, so dass im Betrieb ein vom Gleichstrommotor generiertes Drehmoment geregelt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Drehzahlregelung in der Lage ist eine Spannung (V(ϕ)) als Funktion der Rotordrehgeschwindigkeit, der Rotorposition (ϕ), der Rotorbelastung und des Motorantriebs zu generieren,
wobei die Drehzahlregelung den Verlauf der Spannung (V(ϕ)) des Motors als Funktion der Rotorposition ϕ so einstellt, dass die momentane Kopplung T(ϕ) mindestens in der Nähe einer Umpolung des antreibenden Magnetfeldes den Bedingungen entspricht, dass
die Ableitung ∂T(ϕ)/∂ϕ hauptsächlich Null ist, und die zweite Ableitung ∂2T(ϕ)/∂ϕ2 eine hauptsächlich monotone Funktion ist.
2. Drehzahlregelung für einen bürstenlosen
Gleichstrommotor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, dass
das momentanes Drehmoment T(ϕ) mindestens in der
Nähe einer Umpolung des antreibenden Magnetfeldes
hauptsächlich Folgendem entspricht:
T(ϕ) = .1/2 - 1/2 cos(4ϕ)),
wobei ein Durchschnittswert des Drehmoment ist.
T(ϕ) = .1/2 - 1/2 cos(4ϕ)),
wobei ein Durchschnittswert des Drehmoment ist.
3. Drehzahlregelung für einen bürstenlosen
Gleichstrommotor nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, dass
das regelnde Element (9) den Verlauf der Spannung
V(ϕ) des Motors als Funktion der Rotorposition ϕ
einstellt.
4. Drehzahlregelung für einen bürstenlosen
Gleichstrommotor nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Regelung weiter einen Buck-Regler (3), eine H- Brücke (4) und eine Antriebsregelung (5) umfasst,
wobei der Buck-Regler (3) zum Generieren der Antriebsspannung V(ϕ) dient, der Buck-Regler (3) mit seinem Eingang mit einem Ausgang der Antriebsregelung (5) verbunden ist, um ein Antriebssignal zu empfangen, und mit seinem Ausgang mit einem Eingang der H-Brücke (4) zum Weitergeben der Antriebsspannung (V(ϕ)) verbunden ist, wobei die Antriebsregelung (5) als das Antriebssignal ein hochfrequentes Niedrigspannungspulsmodulationssignal (T+) generiert.
die Regelung weiter einen Buck-Regler (3), eine H- Brücke (4) und eine Antriebsregelung (5) umfasst,
wobei der Buck-Regler (3) zum Generieren der Antriebsspannung V(ϕ) dient, der Buck-Regler (3) mit seinem Eingang mit einem Ausgang der Antriebsregelung (5) verbunden ist, um ein Antriebssignal zu empfangen, und mit seinem Ausgang mit einem Eingang der H-Brücke (4) zum Weitergeben der Antriebsspannung (V(ϕ)) verbunden ist, wobei die Antriebsregelung (5) als das Antriebssignal ein hochfrequentes Niedrigspannungspulsmodulationssignal (T+) generiert.
5. Drehzahlregelung für einen bürstenlosen
Gleichstrommotor nach Anspruch 4, wobei der Buck-
Regler (3) einen Regelungstransistor (T8) zum
Regeln der Spannung (V(ϕ)), einen
Antriebstransistor (T9) zum Antreiben des
Regelungstransistors (T8) und einen Impulstrafo
(L2) umfasst,
wobei der Impulstrafo (L2) das hochfrequente Niedrigspannungspulsmodulationssignal (T+) in ein hochfrequentes Antriebssignal für den Antriebstransistor (T9) umwandelt, und
wobei das Antriebssignal des Antriebstransistors (T9) am Gate des Regelungstransistors (T8) zugeführt wird, um den Regelungstransistor (T8) zu schalten.
wobei der Impulstrafo (L2) das hochfrequente Niedrigspannungspulsmodulationssignal (T+) in ein hochfrequentes Antriebssignal für den Antriebstransistor (T9) umwandelt, und
wobei das Antriebssignal des Antriebstransistors (T9) am Gate des Regelungstransistors (T8) zugeführt wird, um den Regelungstransistor (T8) zu schalten.
6. Drehzahlregelung für einen bürstenlosen
Gleichstrommotor nach einem der vorhergehenden
Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die H-
Brücke (4) einen ersten Antriebszweig (4-1) zum
Antreiben des Gleichstrommotors (1) über einen
ersten Anschluß (J1, J5) und einen zweiten
Antriebszweig (4-2) zum Antreiben des Gleich
strommotors (1) über einen zweiten Anschluß (J2)
umfasst,
wobei der erste Antriebszweig (4-1) erste und zweite Antriebstransistoren (T4, T5) und der zweite Antriebszwieg (4-2) dritte und vierte Antriebstransistoren (T6, T7) umfasst,
und wobei der erste Antriebszweig (4-1) mit einem ersten Eingang (G2) und der zweite Antriebszweig (4-2) mit einem zweiten Eingang (G1) zum Empfang eines Phasendetektionssignals, welches von einem Netzspannungssignal der Speiseeinheit abgeleitet ist, versehen ist.
wobei der erste Antriebszweig (4-1) erste und zweite Antriebstransistoren (T4, T5) und der zweite Antriebszwieg (4-2) dritte und vierte Antriebstransistoren (T6, T7) umfasst,
und wobei der erste Antriebszweig (4-1) mit einem ersten Eingang (G2) und der zweite Antriebszweig (4-2) mit einem zweiten Eingang (G1) zum Empfang eines Phasendetektionssignals, welches von einem Netzspannungssignal der Speiseeinheit abgeleitet ist, versehen ist.
7. Drehzahlregelung für einen bürstenlosen
Gleichstrommotor nach einem der vorhergehenden
Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die
Regelung weiter einen Hall-Sensor (6) und ein
regelndes Element (9) umfasst, wobei:
- - der Hall-Sensor (6) zum Aufnehmen eines Hall- Signals der Rotorposition ϕ eingerichtet ist, und der Hall-Sensor (6) mit seinem Ausgang mit einem Eingang des regelnden Elements (9) verbünden ist;
- - das regelnde Element (9) mit einer regelbaren Spannungsquelle (32) versehen ist, von der ein Ausgang mit einem Eingang der Antriebsregelung (5) zum Rückkoppeln von Informationen aus dem Hall-Signal zur Antriebsregelung (5) verbunden ist.
8. Drehzahlregelung für einen bürstenlosen
Gleichstrommotor nach einem der vorhergehenden
Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die
Regelung weiter eine Stromrückkopplungseinheit (7)
umfasst,
wobei
- - die Stromrückkopplungseinheit (7) zum Aufnehmen eines Stromsignals des Stroms, der dem Gleichstrommotor (1) von der H-Brücke (4) geliefert wurde, eingerichtet ist, und die Stromrückkopplungseinheit (7) mit ihrem Ausgang mit einem Eingang des regelnden Elements (9) verbunden ist;
- - das regelnde Element (9) über die regelbare Spannungsquelle (32) Informationen aus dem Stromsignal der Stromrückkopplungseinheit (7) zur Antriebsregelung (5) rückkoppelt.
9. Drehzahlregelung für einen bürstenlosen
Gleichstrommotor nach einem der vorhergehenden
Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die
Regelung weiter eine Spannungsrückkopplungseinheit
(8) umfasst, wobei:
die Spannungsrückkopplungseinheit (8) zum Aufnehmen eines Spannungssignals der Antriebsspannung (V(ϕ)), welche von der Buck- Einheit (3) erzeugt wurde, eingerichtet ist, und die Spannungsrückkopplungseinheit (8) mit ihrem Ausgang mit einem Eingang des regelnden Elements (9) verbunden ist;
die Spannungsrückkopplungseinheit (8) zum Aufnehmen eines Spannungssignals der Antriebsspannung (V(ϕ)), welche von der Buck- Einheit (3) erzeugt wurde, eingerichtet ist, und die Spannungsrückkopplungseinheit (8) mit ihrem Ausgang mit einem Eingang des regelnden Elements (9) verbunden ist;
- - das regelnde Element (9) über die regelbare Spannungsquelle (32) Informationen aus dem Spannungssignal der Spannungsrückkopplungseinheit (8) zur Antriebsregelung (5) rückkoppelt.
