Abstract

A winding assembly for elastic thread (F) has a bobbin spindle (A) with numerous freely rotating tubes (T) and a motor-driven cylinder (R) which turns bobbins (B) on the tubes by friction. The bobbin spindle (A) especially has a fixed geometric axis (X) and a slide (Z) which can be lifted periodically, independent of the motor-powered cylinder and bobbin support spindle. The motor-powered cylinder (R) is positioned over and upstream of the bobbin spindle (A), feeding the thread (F) to the bobbin (B) around the cylinder (R) curved surface. The winding assembly has a slide (Z) with numerous moving guides (G) which make alternate straight movements parallel to the bobbin axis, distributing the threads (F) on the bobbins. Periodically the slide (Z) moves away from the bobbin, increasing the distance from the guide (G) and winding surface. The motor-powered cylinder (R) moves vertically and is located above the bobbin spindle (A). The drive cylinder (R) rises slowly with respect to the spindle (A) as the bobbin (B) diameter increases, maintaining permanent contact with the surface. The motor powered cylinder (R) is fixed to a vertical guide (E).

Claims (4)

1. Spulvorrichtung, insbesondere zum Wickeln von Spandex-Faden (F) zu Spulen, umfassend:
  • - eine Spulenträgerspindel (A), die eine Vielzahl von frei drehbaren Rohren (T) hält,
  • - einen motorgetriebenen Zylinder (R), der die auf die Rohre (T) gewickelten Spulen (B) durch Reibung zum Drehen antreibt,
  • - eine Verschiebevorrichtung (Z), umfassend eine Vielzahl von beweglichen Fadenführungen (G), welche in einer geradlinigen Bewegung parallel zu der Achse der Spule alternieren können, um so den Faden (F) auf den Spulen (B) zu verteilen, wobei die Ver­ schiebevorrichtung (Z) periodisch von der Spule weg bewegt werden kann, wodurch die Entfernung zwischen den Fadenführungen (G) und der Oberfläche der in der Wicklung befindlichen Spulen vergrößert wird;
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
die Spulenträgerspindel (A) zur Drehung um eine feste geometrische Achse (X) angebracht ist,
die Verschiebevorrichtung (Z) periodisch, unabhängig von dem motorgetriebenen Zylinder (R) und der Spulenträgerspindel (A) angehoben werden kann, und
der motorgetriebene Zylinder (R) über und stromaufwärts der Spu­ lenträgerspindel (A) angebracht ist, um die Fäden (F) auf die Spulen (B) entlang eines Bogens (K) des Oberflächenumfangs des Zylinders (R) zu führen.
