Abstract

The system wall is positioned at the side of a high-speed road or motorway and has incorporated wind turbine generators spaced along its length, utilizing the air turbulence resulting from the passing vehicles for generation of electrical energy. The wind turbine generators may fit in openings in the inside surface of the system wall provided with wind collectors.

Claims (5)

1. Innovative Systemwand zur Nutzung der Windenergie auf und neben befahrenen Autobahnen und Schnellstraßen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die im Bereich der Mittel- und Seitenstreifen befahrener Autobahnen und Schnellstraßen durch den Kfz-Verkehr verursachten Luftbewegungen mittels der erfindungsgemäßen Systemwand (Fig. 1) aufgefangen und durch eingebaute Generatoren, die wahlweise von Schaufelrädern (Fig. 2), Flügelrädern (Fig. 3), oder Turbinen (Fig. 4) angetrieben werden, in elektrische Energie umgewandelt werden.1.
