Abstract

The invention relates to a lamp for wall and / or ceiling mounting for outdoor and / or indoor use according to the preamble of claim 1.

Technological background

LED lights are versatile and highly demanded lights. Due to their significantly longer lifespan and significantly higher efficiency of LED lamps, LED lamps are significantly more economical than conventional lamps, such as light bulbs or halogen lamps. For this reason, LED lights are increasingly being used in private households and in commerce.

Many of the LED lamps are not easily interchangeable because they are firmly integrated into the lamp. The permanently installed LEDs are selected by the manufacturer to match the respective luminaire. The ordinary consumer cannot exchange these LED lamps without special knowledge of electrical engineering. For example, the replacement of a defective LED lamp or the replacement of an LED lamp with a brighter, darker or other variant by a user who is not an electrotechnical specialist may be impossible. Even if the LED lamp, e.g. an LED module that is detachably connected to the housing, the replacement may only be carried out by an electrotechnical specialist, since the electrical contacts are freely accessible. Thus, the connection of an LED module can be technically very complex or not feasible for a normal user. In addition to the duration of the activity, an electrotechnical specialist regularly bills for the arrival and departure as well as under certain circumstances even rush surcharges.

There are also so-called retrofit LED lamps that are easy to replace by screwing them into and out of the appropriate lamp holder with their lamp base. Due to the interchangeability, the illuminants must fit into the specified sockets. This defines the bases of the retrofits. Depending on the base, this may result in restrictions on the choice of LED light source and the size and design of the lamp. Also, there are only limited possibilities in connection with lighting requirements with LED lamps for conventional lamp holders. There is therefore a basic need for easy-to-vary and inexpensive LED lights.

Printed state of the art

The DE 10 2018 101 503 A1 discloses an electrical connector for connecting a lamp to an electrical connection line, in which the lamp is arranged in a lamp head which is rotatably attached to a holder. The holder has a first lamp holder for inserting an adapter which has at its front end a contact point which is electrically connected to the lamp. The contact point is formed at the front end of the adapter for inserting a tubular plug which has two electrical contact elements in the form of a sleeve and a pin which are arranged coaxially to one another and which are in sliding contact with contact elements in the adapter. The plug with the illuminant can hereby be inserted into the adapter and assume any angle of rotation.

DE 10 2015 103 535 A1 shows a lamp with an elongated base body made of a U-shaped open profile, a light cover closing the base body with a plurality of LEDs and a wiring harness laid in the base body for supplying the LED with electrical energy. To solve the problem of simplifying the assembly of the luminaire, it is proposed to connect the LED to the cable harness via a connector attached to the light cover and an adapter attached to the cable harness and corresponding to the connector. For this purpose, the adapter is clamped onto the wiring harness and contacted on phases of the wiring harness by means of contact elements penetrating into the wiring harness.

From the DE 20 2017 005 733 U1 an LED lamp is known which, for the purpose of assembly, consists of two combinable subassemblies, control unit and LED light head unit, and which is releasably connected to one another mechanically by a latching connection and electrically connected by an electrical plug connection.

The DE 10 2011 075 161 A1 describes a lamp with LEDs attached to a substrate. An electrical connection element in the form of a plug connection with an elastic seal is also located directly on the substrate.

Object of the present invention

The object of the present invention is to provide a new type of luminaire which, with a simple, inexpensive construction, enables an inexpensive replacement of the illuminant module.

Solution of the task

The above object is achieved by a lamp according to the features of claim 1. Appropriate configurations of the invention are claimed in the dependent claims.

Due to the fact that a detachable plug connection is provided in the connection cable between the lamp module and the terminal end of the same, a person without electrotechnical expertise, such as a user or a caretaker of a property management company, i.e. without the help of an electrotechnical specialist, can carry out a simple and quick exchange a lamp module z. B. in the event of a defect or a desired change in the lighting effect, by merely releasing the plug connection and removing the lamp module and replacing it with another one. The two parts of the plug connection are electrically insulated so that there is no risk of an electric shock when the plug connection is open. In addition, if necessary, he can immediately install a replacement lamp module in this way. This allows e.g. significantly reduce the costs of property management in a rented apartment building. The plug connection comprises in particular a plug receptacle and a plug. The connection cable with the plug-in connection integrated therein according to the invention can be obtained as a complete component during the production of the lamp and only has to be electrically contacted with the connections of the lamp module. A wide variety of illuminant modules (e.g. with LEDs or with a screw socket) can therefore be completed very easily and inexpensively with the connection cable with integrated plug connection. Advantageously, no changes need to be made to the lamp module assemblies themselves. Illuminant modules with screw socket can be easily z. B. be replaced by illuminant modules with LEDs, for example, if more luminosity or more uniform illumination is required. For example, luminaires with basic equipment (e.g. lamp modules with screw-in socket) can be delivered as a standard version and "upgraded" by the customer with an LED area lamp module if required.

The plug-in connection can preferably be released by hand without tools.

According to a preferred embodiment, the connector receptacle and / or the connector, preferably both, are permanently attached to the connecting cable. This increases the safety of the lamp according to the invention.

In particular, the plug receptacle can be attached to the part of the connecting cable on the connection terminal side. This measure also contributes to increasing the safety of the lamp.

The illuminant module, its connecting cable and the plug connection can be designed as a structural unit, which considerably simplifies and reduces the cost of producing the lamp according to the invention.

The lamp module is preferably detachably fixed to the housing for replacement. This makes it possible for the user to remove the lamp module and at the same time leave the lamp in the wall or ceiling mounted state. This makes replacement of the lamp module particularly easy.

The replacement of the illuminant module is particularly user-friendly if the latter is fixed to the housing by means of a holding device that can be released without tools. This is preferably done using a magnetic holder. However, a screw holder or a screw connection can also be provided.

The lamp module can be a screw socket. At least one light bulb or LED bulb can be provided as the illuminant.

Alternatively, at least one LED can be provided as the illuminant.

In particular, one or more LEDs can be on a substrate, a printed circuit board or circuit board e.g. be arranged in the form of SMD LEDs. This is an LED illuminant module, in particular an LED area illuminant module. Fastening means for releasably fixing the LED lamp module to the housing can be provided on the LED lamp module.
