The shoe insert according to the invention with grand tongues for encircling the foot can have a positive influence on the foot as well as on the holding and locomotion apparatus by means of a pressive and stimulating response to the muscle-fascia trains running on the foot and by simultaneously improving the fit of a shoe. The shoe insert according to the invention with grand tongues for encircling the foot is based on the sensor technology of the foot. It absorbs the biomechanically induced changes in the shape of the foot when it is loaded in the shoe and, through the resulting contact, exerts pressure on the body's sensorimotor system.
