- the elevation 8 drops continuously from the center of the insert core 3 to the lateral and medial side of the insert core 3.
- the heel cup and the recess 4 maintain a stable heel position and, in particular, avoid kinking in the pronation position. Due to the recess 5, the plantar tendon plate of the foot is not stressed. Through the recess 5 in connection with the elevation 8, the metatarsus is brought into a physiological normal position and twisted in a spiral.
- the insert core 3 does not extend to the front edge of the insert base body 2. This means that the forefoot is freely movable.
- the insole core 3 extends below the metatarsal heads 2 to 4.
- the base metatarsal 5 is cut out in the insole core 3, whereby the metatarsal M5 is slightly supported in order to positively influence the supination (outward rotation) of the foot and thus reduce supination trauma. Since the front area of the insert core 3 extends towards the lateral side of the insert base body 2, it is achieved that the big toe joint is lower than the metatarsal heads.

Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einlage. The invention relates to an insert.
Such insoles in shoes of all types are generally used to improve the fit of a shoe or to improve the hold of a foot in the shoe.
Inlays are available on the market in a wide variety of designs and material properties. The inserts can for example consist of leather or also of plastics, in particular foam materials.
A major disadvantage of such insoles is that the health aspect of such insoles is not sufficiently taken into account. Even insoles available on the market can only insufficiently correct misalignments of the feet.

The invention is based on the object of providing an insert which has a health-promoting effect with a simple structural design.
To solve this problem, the features of
The invention relates to an insert with an insert base body and an insert core. The insole core has a higher rigidity than the insole base body, with the insole core forming a spiral dynamic, proprioceptive insole system in that the rear foot is held in its neutral position when the foot is placed on the insole. The plantar tendon plate is unloaded due to a recess in the insert core and the forefoot can move freely.
The basic idea of the invention thus consists in combining an insert base body with an insert core to form the insert system according to the invention, which is generally more rigid than the insert base body. With the insert core, a position control of the resting foot can be specified in a targeted manner in such a way that spiral dynamic, proprioceptive properties of the insert are obtained, that is, a health-promoting effect is achieved with the insert according to the invention by specifically avoiding or correcting misalignments of the foot.
The spiral dynamic property of the insert system is given by the fact that the foot supported on the insert system moves in a spiral, i.e. not along a straight line. The muscle tension is changed by twisting and stabilizing the foot in a spiral. This continues through the muscle chain over all joints up to the head, which leads to a proprioceptive behavior, i.e. the perception of body movement and body position in space.
According to an advantageous embodiment, the insert core forms a heel shell.
This heel cup stabilizes the rear foot and prevents it from kinking in the pronation position.
Additional light lateral pads on the front of the heel bone activate the muscular stirrup, which ensures a physiological heel position and has a positive effect on the muscle chain of the foot, leg and body.
The insert core also advantageously has a recess in the area of the heel bone.
This recess, with the side elevations of the heel cup, ensures a stable heel position.
Due to the recess in the insert core in the area of the tendon plate, this is not stressed. This effect is reinforced by the fact that the recess in the area of the heel bone and the recess in the area of the plantar tendon plate form a coherent recess area.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the insole core in the metatarsal region has a longitudinally extending elevation that slopes continuously towards the side walls and is designed in such a way that it supports the
This turns the foot inwards, i.e. to the medial side, which lifts the second, third and fourth toes. This supports the spiral movement of the foot.
This spiral-shaped movement of the foot is advantageously even further supported by the fact that the insert has an additional substructure which is designed in such a way that the rear foot and the forefoot are reinforced.
The insert core is also advantageously cut out in the area of the
This slightly supports the M5 metatarsal in order to positively influence supination, i.e. outward rotation of the foot.
The insert core particularly advantageously extends below the
Dadurch wird ein Absenken des Mittelfußes ausgeglichen. This compensates for a lowering of the metatarsus.
The insert is also advantageously designed in such a way that the big toe joint is lower than the metatarsal heads.
This further encourages the spiral movement of the foot.
The insert core is advantageously fixed on the upper side of the insert base body. Alternatively, the insert core can also be integrated in the insert base body.
In general, there is a coating of leather or a textile material on the upper side of the insert.
The insert base body is advantageously made of a relatively soft, elastic plastic, such as thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU).
The insert core consists of a harder material, in particular a fiber composite material, which advantageously contains glass fibers or carbon fibers. Furthermore, the insert core can also consist at least partially of a plastic such as polypropylene.
