Manschette (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese aus zwei innen gepolsterten Schalen (2 und 3) besteht welche durch ein Gelenk verbunden sind und sich durch ein Schnallen und Schnapper-System (4) größenverstellbar schließen lassen.

Description

  • Das Trainieren der Beinmuskulatur ist vor allem mit Manschettengewichten und Fitnessgeräten möglich. Nachteilig dabei ist, dass man hierbei nicht gut mit unterschiedlich schweren Gewichten arbeiten kann, um die Beinmuskulatur zu trainieren.
  • Bei der vorgeschlagenen Vorrichtung handelt es sich daher um ein Fitnessgerät, zum Training der Füße und Oberschenkel, welches es ermöglich mit unterschiedlich schweren Gewichten zu arbeiten.
  • Die vorgeschlagene Erfindung besteht aus einer Manschette, welche um den Unterschenkel geschnallt wird und eine Aufnahme zum Befestigen von Kurzhanteln besitzt. So ist es möglich Gewichtstraining mit den Füßen variabel zu gestalten, da Kurzhanteln mit unterschiedlichen Gewichten verwendet werden können.
  • Die Manschette (1) besteht aus zwei Schalen (2 und 3), die mit einem Gelenk verbunden sind. Außenseitig bestehen die zwei Schalen aus einem stabilen Material, innenseitig besitzen Sie ein weiches Material zur Polsterung (Schaumstoff oder ähnliches...).
  • Die Manschette lässt sich mit Hilfe eines Schnallen und Schnapper-Systems (4) wie bei Eislaufschuhen schließen und ist so an verschiedene Unterschenkelgrößen anpassbar.
  • An der Manschette selbst ist eine ebenfalls größenverstellbare Vorrichtung zur Aufnahme von Kurzhanteln angebracht.
  • Diese besteht aus einer stabilen Klammer, welche durch ein Schraubsystem zusammengeschraubt werden können, um die Kurzhantel zu fixieren und zu stabilisieren.

Claims (2)

  1. Manschette (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese aus zwei innen gepolsterten Schalen (2 und 3) besteht welche durch ein Gelenk verbunden sind und sich durch ein Schnallen und Schnapper-System (4) größenverstellbar schließen lassen.
  2. Manschette (1) nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese eine Klammer (5) zur Aufnahme von Kurzhanteln besitzt, welche durch ein Schraubsystem (6) die Kurzhantel fixieren und stabilisieren.
