This invention was based on the consideration that not all the undergarments from a uniform, the penetration of splinters inhibiting knitwear must be formed, but essentially only the areas that require special protection. In the context of this invention it has therefore been assumed that it is sufficient to use the UHMWPE knitwear in a first zone of the base area which requires special protection. Furthermore, the invention was based on the consideration, in contrast to the prior art, as this from the US Pat. No. 6,961,958 B1 It is known to refrain from initially making the underwear completely from a non-ballistic material and then provide pockets for receiving ballistic protection packages. However, it has been found that the protective effect of underwear, which is produced according to the disclosure of the generic document, is still in need of improvement. Although the surfaces intended to ensure a ballistic protective effect remain essentially intact, they are no longer necessarily in the intended places, since all other surfaces may have been destroyed and, in particular, the seams may have been torn. Now, when the second wave, due to the explosion, splinters and dirt act on the body, a ballistic protective effect is no longer reliably given. The splinters and the dirt can thus penetrate into the body.

It has been shown that an overpressure is generated by the first wave, which literally inflates or inflates the textile garment. By this pressure and the inflating bursts the protective clothing.

A disadvantage of all known textile garments is further that the welding buffering and the welding transport, especially when UHMWPE is used, is unsatisfactory. The sweat is not transported to the outside, but accumulates between the skin of the wearer and the garment.

In general, textile garments with ballistic protective equipment are not comfortable to wear on the skin.

Another, significant disadvantage of the known textile garments with a ballistic protective equipment is that they are poorly suited for camouflage. UHMWPE is only available in white and black. Both colors are poorly suited for camouflaging the textile garment. Aramids as an alternative to UHMWPE can sometimes not be dyed and also have yellow spots, which is very unfavorable in terms of camouflage.

Another disadvantage of aramids is that they are UV-resistant and therefore have to be welded into a black film and inserted as packages in the clothing, which in turn is detrimental to camouflage. Furthermore, there are clothing made of aramids. Although this is usually worn as underwear, it is exposed to UV radiation during washing and drying. Furthermore, the mechanical stability of aramids is worsened by washing.

The present invention has for its object to provide a textile garment with a ballistic protective equipment that solves the disadvantages of the prior art, provides a high level of protection is easy to use and affects the carrier as little as possible.

This object is achieved by the features of claim 1.

The textile garment according to the invention with a ballistic protective equipment has a torso part and two sleeve parts. The inventor has recognized in particular that it is not necessary for sufficient ballistic protection to produce the torso part only from a high-strength, protecting against ballistic impact material, but that it is possible to give the torso further properties without the ballistic protection compromise.

The solution according to the invention also makes it possible, in particular, for both the weld buffering and the perspiration transport, which is unsatisfactory in particular with pure UHMWPE, to be improved by the addition of a further yarn or by at least one further yarn having corresponding moisture-absorbing and / or moisture-transporting properties can be.

Preferably, the further yarn or one of the further yarns is designed such that it absorbs moisture from the body and thus supports the thermoregulation of the body. This property is of particular advantage for textile garments worn directly on the skin and possibly also below other clothing layers.

A knit construction is particularly suitable in the areas of a textile garment in which a high elasticity is required. This is especially true of the garments that are worn directly on the body. A particular advantage arises in so-called Combatshirts, in which it is provided that the torso part is worn directly on the body.

The solution according to the invention is in principle suitable in particular for Combatshirts. These are long- or short-sleeved shirts whose torso is worn close to the body, with sleeves (long or short sleeves) made of a woven material. Preferably, the sleeve parts may be designed as is common in sleeves of jackets.
