Description

  • Getrocknete Kaffebohneschalen werden als Brennstoffe, Düngemittel oder gekochter Sud (teeartiges Getränk) verwendet (Stand der Technik) Aus frischen rote Kaffebohnenschalen sollten roter Farbstoff und andere gesundheitsförderliche Inhalts- und Wirkstoffe extrahiert werden und als Additiva diversen alkoholischen Getränken beigefügt werden.
  • Da diese per se keine besonderen Geschmacksträger sein dürften – ja ev. sogar geschmacksneutral – sollten sie vorrangig der Geschmacksnuancierung und vor allem Farbstoffgebung von Getränken dienen, d. h. sie können vielerlei alkoholischen Getränken Farb- und Geschmackstönungen verleihen, ob Whisky, Wodka, Gin, Aquavit, Likören, diversen Dosengetränken oder auch bei Mixgetränken als Zusatzbeifügung (Additiv) fungieren.
  • Allein der Reiz der Neuartigkeit und des bisher Unversuchten sowie die rote Färbung sind Attraktivitätsmerkmale, welche zum Probieren verlocken.
