ALLGEMEINE BESCHREIBUNG DER ERFINDUNGGENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention has as its object to further improve the known sole construction while also making it more efficient to produce, among other things.
This object is achieved according to the invention by a sole construction according to claim 1. The inventive sole construction is characterized in that the upper inner surfaces of the hollow elements are formed on the underside of the midsole, that the lower inner surfaces of the hollow elements at the top of the underside of the midsole respectively Outside and outside the hollow elements attached outer sole are formed, wherein the front and rear flanks are also part of the outsole, and that for elastic deformation of the hollow elements to the mutual contact of their upper and lower inner surfaces substantially only the outer sole is deformed.
By the invention, the midsole is used to form the hollow elements with. However, the bottom coming into contact with the bottom remains the part that is deformed in the desired manner. By the hollow elements are newly assembled from two parts, there is more freedom in terms of their design. Restrictions resulting, for example, from the formation of one-piece hollow elements, are eliminated.
Advantageous embodiments and further developments of the inventive sole construction are specified in the dependent claims.
Thus, for example, be provided that for the elastic deformation of the hollow elements to the mutual contact of their upper and lower inner surfaces substantially only the front and rear flanks of the hollow elements are deformed.
It can further be provided that the midsole in the region of the hollow elements, d. H. is formed projecting downwards in the region of the formed on her upper inner surfaces of the hollow elements. The outsole can thereby create better at the upper inner surfaces at a deformation of the hollow elements with the formed on her lower inner surfaces. As a result, bulges of the outsole are avoided on collapsed hollow elements at which premature wear can occur due to increased abrasion.
The upper and inner inner surfaces of the hollow elements are preferably each provided with transverse ribs which engage in mutual contact of the inner surfaces into each other and thereby help prevent a horizontal displacement of the inner surfaces against each other. In this case, more preferably, the transverse ribs of hollow elements in the front part of the sole construction (front foot region) are smaller and more numerous than the transverse ribs of the hollow element in the rear part of the sole construction (heel region).
Alternatively or in addition to the presence of ribs, at least one of the upper, formed on the midsole inner surfaces of the hollow elements may be formed rough at least on a partial surface and provided with an average surface roughness Rz of 250-500 microns. This design prevents the occurrence of squeaking noise, which may occur if the upper and lower inner surfaces, when they come into contact with each other, briefly slip on each other until their mutual contact prevents further displacement.
The front and rear flanks of at least one of the hollow elements can be formed differently thick. In this case, at least one hollow element is present, in particular in the forefoot area, whose front flank is thinner than its rear flank. And in the heel area, there is at least one hollow element whose front flank is thicker than its rear flank. Through this training, the fact is taken into account that when running is usually placed with the heel area and repelled with the forefoot area. The horizontal component of the male force is thus directed forward in the heel area and posteriorly in the forefoot area, whereby hollow elements in the heel area tend to deform more towards the back and forward in the forefoot area. Thus, the inner surfaces of the hollow elements can lie flat against each other, their respective deformation in the direction of the trailing edge must quasi fold, which is favored by their thinner wall thickness.
The cross section of at least one of the hollow elements may change in the transverse direction of the outsole. As a result, in particular the alignment of its flanks can be adapted to the locally acting deformation forces.
The outer layer may be formed in several parts, the individual parts each contribute only to the formation of a plurality of hollow elements arranged one behind the other in the longitudinal direction of the outsole. The outer layer is then composed of several parts that can be optimized according to their position. In particular, juxtaposed parts of the outer layer can contribute to the formation of differently many hollow elements in the transverse direction.

WEGE ZUR AUSFÜHRUNG DER ERFINDUNGWAYS FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
