Definitions
- the invention relates to a shoe sole, in particular for use in safety shoes, containing a stability element.
- Shoe soles with reinforcing elements are well known and are widely used in the sports shoe sector.
- a sports shoe having a stability element disposed within the sole, wherein the stability element extends from the hindfoot region into the forefoot region, and wherein the stability element extends substantially on the medial and / or lateral side of the forefoot region, the stability element providing it in that, when the foot rolls off, elastic energy is taken up by elastic bending, which energy is released again substantially without loss when the foot is pushed off.
- an outsole for a golf shoe is known, which is provided from below with "sockets" (pods), to ensure better stability. Three pedestals in the forefoot area and four pedestals in the rear foot area are preferred.
- the US 2012/0159814 discloses a footwear with a so-called “shank” as a stabilizing element.
- the Shank is used to increase the torsional stiffness of the footwear.
- the shank's lateral and medial ends are approximately at the same height in the toe area.
- the US 2011/0179675 discloses a sole insert including a "forefoot plate" which is designed to follow the lug assembly on the outsole. This is done to better distribute the pressure of the studs over the entire area of the forefoot and to provide greater comfort against pressure.
- the present invention is not so much the task of simulating the natural (barefoot) run or compensate for malpositions or malformations, but rather to bring the human foot to a favorable sequence of movements, to some extent "impose” an advantageous course of the movement.
- the distance between the lateral and the medial end of the stability element mentioned in claim 1 is usefully between 5 mm and 40 mm in order to achieve the corresponding function.
- the stability element 1 extends substantially along the toe semicircular from the medial to lateral side of the shoe. Decisive for the The function according to the invention is that the lateral end of the stability element 1 extends further to the rear, that is to say in the direction of the shoulder, than the medial end of the stability element 1.
- the stability element 1 practically covers the entire area of the front area of the shoe sole as long as it has the above-described asymmetrical shape with respect to the position of the two ends.
- the stability element 1 forms an arc whose width is in the range of 0.5 to 3 cm, preferably between 1 and 2 cm.
- the "width" of the arc is the distance from the inner - towards the foot - bow edge and the outer - located at the toe - bow edge to understand (see the stability element 1 in the Fig. 2 ).
- the stability elements 1 and 2 are arranged so that they not only allow the natural, oblique bending of the foot but even enforce. As a result, the shoe sole is adapted to the anatomy of the human foot and its movements.
- this natural kinking is represented by a crease line, which, beginning at the medial side of the sole in the forefoot area and below the toe area, initially runs approximately perpendicular to the medial side of the sole and then shortly before the longitudinal axis of the sole in the direction of the rear foot area at an obtuse angle kinkickt.
- the oblique bending of the human foot is supported or enforced by the reinforcing elements of the sole, as occurs barefoot during a walking movement.
- the human foot kinks while walking in the area of the big toe straight and obliquely in the area of the small toe.
- Fig. 4 shows that - also preferred - the medial end of the stability element 2 even further forward in the forefoot is than the lateral end of the stability element 1, so therefore an imaginary line perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the sole, starting from the medial end of the stability element 2 before the stability element 1 would cut its lateral end.
- the elements are arranged so that an imaginary line from the medial end of the stability element (1) to the lateral end of the stability element (1) or an imaginary line from the lateral end of the stability element (2). to the medial end of the stability element (2) extends approximately along the natural bend of the foot.
- Fig. 5 shows particularly impressively that the interaction of the two stability elements 1 and 2 creates an area 3, which corresponds to the natural position of the toe joints (here indicated as ovals).
- Fig. 5a shows a further embodiment of the interaction of the two stability elements 1 and, this time as full-surface elements that largely cover the toe and heel area.
- an area defined width is created, which is generated by the distances between the lateral and medial ends of the two reinforcing elements.
- the kinking behavior is further improved if structures are likewise introduced on the underside of the sole which support the flexibility in the direction of the kinking.
- the stability element or the stability elements of the sole according to the invention are preferably integrated within the sole.
- soles As the sole in the context of the invention, all known and used sole types are to be understood, such as the outsole, the insole or the insole. These soles are known in the art. Particularly preferably, the reinforcing elements are integrated in the outsole. However, they can also be installed in other soles. It is also possible that several soles include the reinforcing elements at the same time.
- reinforcing elements can also be placed separately in the shoe, of course, it must be ensured that the sole (s) in the shoe do not counteract the effect of the reinforcing elements.
- the materials of which the stability elements consist are in principle not restricted, but preferably they consist of polyurethane, polyethylene, polypropylene or mixtures of the substances mentioned
- the sole is well suited for a whole range of different types of shoes, but is particularly preferred for so-called safety shoes.
- safety shoes arises, inter alia, from the fact that it is additionally possible to arrange a protective cap in the toe region of the shoe or the shoe sole, wherein the protective cap has a shell-like shape and runs approximately perpendicular and parallel to the stability element 1.
- the toe cap then represents a "mirror image" of the stability element 1.

Description
The invention relates to a shoe sole, in particular for use in safety shoes, containing a stability element.
The processes that take place in the human foot while walking and running are complex and linked with different movements. Usually attempts are made in the shoe structures to make the shoes so that the natural movement of the human foot impeded as little as possible becomes. In other words: It is desirable to largely simulate or maintain the resulting motion during barefoot running.
It is also known to provide shoes or soles with stability elements that correct certain malpositions or orthopedic malformations of the foot. An example of this is e.g. Reinforcements or inserts that prevent the foot from buckling inwards or outwards by several degrees when running. In the so-called supination, the inner edge of the foot is raised while the outer edge of the foot is lowered. The opposite movement is called pronation, so here the inner edge of the foot is lowered while simultaneously lifting the outer edge of the foot.
The present invention is not so much the task of simulating the natural (barefoot) run or compensate for malpositions or malformations, but rather to bring the human foot to a favorable sequence of movements, to some extent "impose" an advantageous course of the movement.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by a shoe sole according to
The distance between the lateral and the medial end of the stability element mentioned in
Under an arcuate arrangement is to be understood that the
It is quite possible that the
- In
- In
- In
Fig. 1 is shown schematically the skeleton of a human foot. The big toe is marked with I and the other toes with II, III, IV and V (small toe). With the exception of the big toe, all toes II, III, IV and V have three phalanges, which are referred to as thebasic member 7,middle member 6 andend member 5. The big toe I has only theend member 5 and thebase member 7. The joints, which are located below thebase members 7, are referred to as toe joints. - In
Fig. 2 is shown schematically the course of astability element 1 according to the present invention. Thesemicircular stability element 1 extends in the toe area of the sole and extends arcuately along the lateral (outer) side of the sole towards the hindfoot area than along the medial (inner) side of the sole. Thestability element 1 follows the course of the toe or toe. -
Fig. 2a shows a further embodiment of thestability element 1, this time as a full-surface element that largely covers the toe area.
Based on the structure of the skeleton of the human foot, so the shoe sole is preferably characterized by the fact that the medial end of thestability element 1 is located approximately at the level of the base member (7) of the big toe.
The lateral end of thestability element 1 is preferably located approximately at the height of the base member (7) of the small toe.
The object of the invention is also achieved by a shoe sole according toclaim 5. Preferred embodiments of the invention are disclosed in the dependent claims. -
Fig. 3 shows schematically such astability element 2, which is shown in the figure as an "H-shaped" element, which is preferred, but not to be construed restrictive.
In this case, it is particularly preferred that the "H" of thestability element 2 has two legs of approximately equal length, which are aligned in the direction of the hindfoot region and two legs in the direction of the forefoot region, the medial limb being longer in the direction of the forefoot than the lateral limb. Such a stability element is in theWO 2012/092135
The H-shape and these lengths make it possible, on the one hand, to achieve the desired bending, and, on the other hand, to maintain the flexibility of the sole and thus of the entire shoe in the longitudinal direction. -
Fig. 3a shows a further embodiment of thestability element 2, this time as a full-surface element that largely covers the heel area.
The
Dabei knickt der menschliche Fuß beim Gehen im Bereich des Großzehs gerade und im Bereich des Kleinzehs schräg ab.As already mentioned, the oblique bending of the human foot is supported or enforced by the reinforcing elements of the sole, as occurs barefoot during a walking movement. The human foot kinks while walking in the area of the big toe straight and obliquely in the area of the small toe.
The object of the invention is also achieved by a shoe sole according to
Also, in the interaction of both stability elements, it is again preferred if the elements are arranged so that an imaginary line from the medial end of the stability element (1) to the lateral end of the stability element (1) or an imaginary line from the lateral end of the stability element (2). to the medial end of the stability element (2) extends approximately along the natural bend of the foot.
In contrast to the prior art, here an area defined width is created, which is generated by the distances between the lateral and medial ends of the two reinforcing elements.
The foot kinks in this area, of course, or is supported by the kinking or even "forced".
The kinking behavior is further improved if structures are likewise introduced on the underside of the sole which support the flexibility in the direction of the kinking.
The stability element or the stability elements of the sole according to the invention are preferably integrated within the sole.
As the sole in the context of the invention, all known and used sole types are to be understood, such as the outsole, the insole or the insole. These soles are known in the art. Particularly preferably, the reinforcing elements are integrated in the outsole. However, they can also be installed in other soles. It is also possible that several soles include the reinforcing elements at the same time.
In addition, the reinforcing elements can also be placed separately in the shoe, of course, it must be ensured that the sole (s) in the shoe do not counteract the effect of the reinforcing elements.
Die Materialien, aus denen die Stabilitätselemente bestehen, sind prinzipiell nicht eingeschränkt, bevorzugt bestehen sie aber aus Polyurethan, Polyethylen, Polypropylen oder Mischungen aus den genannten StoffenThe materials of which the stability elements consist are in principle not restricted, but preferably they consist of polyurethane, polyethylene, polypropylene or mixtures of the substances mentioned
Due to the effect of the sole according to the invention, the sole is well suited for a whole range of different types of shoes, but is particularly preferred for so-called safety shoes.
The preference of safety shoes arises, inter alia, from the fact that it is additionally possible to arrange a protective cap in the toe region of the shoe or the shoe sole, wherein the protective cap has a shell-like shape and runs approximately perpendicular and parallel to the
As is apparent from the description of the invention and, in particular, of course, from the claims, the sole already works excellently when (only) the
The course of this stability element corresponds in a very good approximation to the course of a part of the applicant in the
The interaction of the two elements, so the cap and at least the
