- an area of the second contact area 5 lying on the plane or the ground is larger, whereby safety when walking without skis is increased.
- the profile of the second contact area 5 can be designed in such a way that at least individual parts of the profile are elastically deformed under a weight force from above, thereby causing the support surface to be enlarged.
- the profile can give the front sole pad 2 at least partially a concave shape, with at least the lateral ends transversely to the longitudinal direction X of the profile of the second or rear contact area 5 being elastically outward, i.e. away from a central longitudinal axis of the ski boot 1, due to the pressure to be deformed.

- the first and the second contact area 4, 5 are preferably formed from plastic or plastics. Other materials or at least proportions of other materials than plastic, such as glass, ceramic, metal, in particular for the first contact area 4 but less preferably also for the second contact area 5, however, are not excluded but rather are included in the scope of the invention.
- FIG. 4 shows a side view of a lower part of the ski boot 1 of FIG Figure 1 .
- the Figure 2 shows the ski boot 1 parked on a flat plane.
- the ski boot sole 2, 3 has a front ski boot sole end 21 with a free sole upper side 23 and a rear ski boot sole end 31.
- the sole lower side 22 is essentially formed by the front sole pad 2 and the rear sole pad 3, which in the exemplary embodiment are two separate sole pads 2, 3, that are not directly connected to each other.

- the front sole pad 2 comprises the first contact area 4 with a contact area 41 and the second contact area 5 with the contact area 51.
- the contact area 41, 51 can be or form a contact point, a contact line or a two-dimensional contact area.
- the second contact area 5 or the profile in the area of the second contact area 5 is convex, at least in the central area, transversely to a longitudinal shoe, in order to enable or support a rolling movement of the foot when walking with the ski boot 1 without skis. This is not opposed by the fact that a concave curvature is formed in the same area in a direction transverse to the longitudinal direction X of the shoe, as has already been described above.
- the second contact area 5 or contact area 51 is preferably at a distance a from the front end of the sole 21 with a length L of the ski boot sole 2, 3. It is preferred if a ratio of the distance a to the length L has a value of 0.3 ⁇ 0.01 , preferably from 0.3 ⁇ 0.05 and particularly preferably from 0.3 ⁇ 0.03. This means that the ball of the foot or the point of contact of the front sole pad 2 is around 30% plus / minus the corresponding tolerances of the length L of the ski boot sole 2, 3 behind the front ski boot sole end 21. With a sole length of 217 mm (children's shoe), the contact area is thus 51 for example at 65 mm ⁇ 5 mm behind the front end of the sole 21.
- the Figure 3 shows the sole area of the ski boot 1 of FIG Figure 1 in a front view.
- the profiling of the front sole pad 2, the first contact area 4 and at least the front part of the second contact area 5 can again be seen.
- the second contact area 5, or the profile around the second contact area 5, forms a slightly convex curvature in the image plane, so that in the case of a weight force acting on the sole 2, 3 from above, an area of the profile contacting the ground is enlarged in this area due to an elastic deformation of the profile.
- a width B2 of the sole 2, 3 or the front sole pad 2 in the area of the second contact area 5 is greater than a width B1 in the area of the first contact area 4.
- the width B1 is specified by the corresponding standard and is 62 mm, while the Width B2 has a value, for example, at least 65 mm, preferably 67 mm. Values greater than 67 mm are less preferred but also encompassed by the invention.
- FIG. 13 shows a sectional view of the sole area of FIG Figure 1 in the area of the first sole pad 2, the ski boot 1 being held in a ski binding 10.
- the ski binding 10 can have pivotable sole holders, pins or other securing devices known in the prior art for holding the ski boot.
- the ski binding 10 has a support plate 11 which is shaped such that the sole 2, 3 with the first support area 4 or the support surface 41 is supported on the support plate 11 when the binding 10 is closed.
- a wedge-shaped cavity is formed behind the contact plate, which is delimited on three sides by a rear end of the contact plate 11, the ski surface and the second contact area 5 or the profile surrounding the second contact area 5.
- the free upper side 23 of the front ski boot sole end 21 has to a plane (see Figure 2 ) a vertical distance b of approx. 23 mm.
- a vertical distance c between the support surface 41 of the first contact area 4 on the contact plate 11 and the free upper side 23 of the front ski boot sole end 21 is approximately 17 mm.
- a vertical distance d between the support surface 51 of the second contact area 5 on the plane and the free surface 23 of the front ski boot sole end 21 is approximately 23 mm.
- a distance between the support surface 41 of the first support area 4, which rests on the support plate 11 in the closed ski binding 10, is at a distance e from the front ski boot sole end 21 of between 28 mm to 48 mm, preferably from 30 mm to 44 mm.
- the sole underside 22 has a minimum distance from the flat plane of at least 5 mm over a length of 30 mm to 50 mm, measured from the front ski boot sole end 21.
Description
The invention relates to a ski boot with a ski boot shell and a ski boot sole, the ski boot sole having a front ski boot sole end, a rear ski boot sole end, a sole underside and a free sole upper side with which the ski boot sole protrudes forwards, backwards and / or laterally over the ski boot shell. The sole underside comprises a first contact area in which the ski boot stands on a contact plate of a ski binding when the ski binding is closed, and a second contact area with which the ski boot stands outside the ski binding on a flat surface for walking without skis. A width of the ski boot sole measured transversely to a ski boot sole longitudinal axis in the second contact area is greater or wider than a width of the ski boot sole in the first contact area. The ski boot is a children's ski boot.
It would therefore be desirable to have a ski boot for children that makes it easier to walk with the ski boot without skis and improves walking safety.
This object is achieved by the invention with the ski boot according to
One aspect of the invention relates to a ski boot for children, which comprises a ski boot shell and a ski boot sole connected to the ski boot shell. The ski boot shell can be in one piece or in several pieces and is preferably made of a plastic. The plastic can be hard and therefore relatively little or not elastic, or at least have an elasticity in some areas that makes walking easier, especially when walking with the ski boot. If the ski boot or the ski boot shell consists of several parts, so these can be connected to one another via joints. Furthermore, the ski boot can comprise closing elements in order to close the ski boot for skiing and for walking, wherein the closing elements can close the ski boot more tightly in the skiing position than in the walking position.
The ski boot sole comprises a front ski boot sole end, a rear ski boot sole end, an underside of the sole and a free upper side of the sole with which the ski boot sole protrudes forwards, backwards and / or laterally over the ski boot shell. The ski boot sole can also include pin receptacles in the front and / or rear area in order to be connected with pin bindings of a known type.
The sole underside comprises two separate contact areas, a first contact area with which the ski boot, when held in the binding, stands on a contact plate encompassed by the binding, and a second contact area, which is preferably below the ball of the foot, with which the ski boot outside the Skis rests on a flat plane. The second contact area preferably forms a roll-off region in which the ski boot wearer can roll off the foot when walking without skis, following the natural walking movement.
The ski boot sole, preferably a contact surface of the ski boot sole facing away from the ski boot shell in the second contact area on a substrate, is wider than the ski boot sole or its contact area of the first contact area facing away from the ski boot shell on the contact plate of the ski binding.
That is, in the second contact area, the ski boot sole can have a width in an area which is directly adjacent to the ski boot shell, which differs from the width of the contact surface of the ski boot sole in this area on the ground, the underside of the ski boot sole resting on the ground The support surface can be wider than the ski boot sole directly adjoining the ski boot shell and / or connected to the ski boot shell.
The ski boot sole can continuously widen from the ski boot shell to the bottom of the sole in the area of the second contact area, which is preferred, but the ski boot sole can also have a first section of constant width starting at the ski boot shell, which then adjoins the first area second area in one or more steps or continuously widened to the bottom of the sole or support surface. The height of the second area can be for example, roughly correspond to the depth formation of a profile on the underside of the sole of the second area.
In a plan view from above of the ski boot sole, the second contact area or at least the contact surface of the second contact area facing away from the ski boot shell can have any shape. The outer sides protruding beyond the normal width of the ski boot soles are preferably curved, but other shapes are also conceivable, such as rectangular, square or triangular, double-arched or S-shaped, etc.
The first contact area can be closer to the front end of the sole in the longitudinal direction of the sole than the second contact area. In addition, the first contact area, in the case of the ski boot standing on the plane outside the ski, can lie above the second contact area. That is to say, the first contact area can have a greater perpendicular distance from the plane on which the ski boot stands than the second contact area.
The first and / or the second contact area can be flat, but preferably at least the second contact area is at least partially curved in a direction transverse to the sole width, i.e. in the longitudinal direction of the ski boot from the front to the rear sole end, and / or over the width, preferably curved convexly in the direction away from the ski boot shell. At least in the direction of the width, a convex or at least partially convex curvature of the second contact area is also conceivable, as a result of which the contact surface of the second contact area can widen again depending on the load by elastically deforming the lateral ends of the second contact area, which extend in the longitudinal direction of the sole will. In the context of the invention, the term curved also encompasses shapes that are composed of partial straight lines or have partial straight lines and arcuate sections.
The front contact area and the rear contact area can be formed from an identical material and have identical hardnesses. According to the invention, the first contact area is a hard component with a hardness of> 45 Shore D. The second contact area can comprise a soft component with a hardness of 65 to 85 Shore A.
The width of the ski boot sole or the contact surface of the ski boot sole in the first contact area can have a standard width of 62 mm. In the second contact area, at least the contact surface of the contact area can have a width of at least 64, preferably of at least 65 mm and particularly preferably of 67 mm. Widths beyond 67 mm are less preferred, but not excluded.
If the second contact area, as already described above, is convexly arched at least in the longitudinal direction of the sole, and thus comprises an apex, an apex line or an apex surface, the apex, the apex line or the foremost edge of the apex surface in the longitudinal direction of the sole can be at a level outside the Skis standing up ski boot from the front end of the ski boot sole have a distance of 65 mm ± 10 mm, preferably 65 mm ± 8 mm and particularly preferably 65 mm ± 6 mm. The distance can also be smaller, for example 65 mm ± 4 mm or 65 mm ± 2 mm, but this is less preferred. These dimensions apply in particular to a children's ski boot with a total length of 217 mm, which corresponds to a shoe size 17.
Ein Verhältnis "a"/"L" ist dann entsprechend 0,3 ± 0,05 und bevorzugt 0,3 ± 0,03.Since children's shoes have different lengths, the specified dimensions can also have different sizes. According to the invention, if the distance between the apex, the apex line and the front ski end is designated with "a" and the ski boot sole length with "L", that "a" corresponds to 30% ± 5% and preferably 30% ± 3%. A ratio “a” / “L” is then correspondingly 0.3 ± 0.05 and preferably 0.3 ± 0.03.
The first contact area also includes a contact point or a contact line or a contact area with which the ski boot held in the ski binding rests on the contact area of the ski binding. This contact point, contact line or contact surface can have a distance from the front end of the shoe sole of 32 mm ± 8 mm, preferably 32 mm ± 5 mm and particularly preferably 32 mm ± 4 / -2 mm. A vertical distance of the contact point, the contact line or the contact surface of the first contact area running parallel to the contact plane to the flat plane on which the ski boot stands outside the ski can be 5 mm ± 5 mm, preferably 5 mm ± 2 mm and particularly preferably 5 mm , amount. A substantially perpendicular distance from the point of contact of the first contact area on the contact plate of the ski binding to a plane that is spanned by the front free sole top can be 17 mm ± 1.5 mm, preferably 17 mm ± 1.2 mm and particularly preferably 17 mm + 1 mm / -0.5 mm.
In the case of the ski boot standing on the flat plane, a distance between the free upper side of the sole of the front sole end and the contact plane is 23 mm ± 3 mm.
The ski boot sole can comprise a separate front sole pad, which comprises the first contact area and the second contact area, and a separate rear sole pad. The front sole pad and the rear sole pad can together form a continuous ski boot sole or can be spaced apart from one another when they are mounted on the ski boot. At least the front sole pad can be detachably connected to the ski boot or the ski boot sole or the underside of the ski boot so that the first sole pad can be exchanged.
The ski boot can in particular be a children's ski boot which, according to the relevant ski boot standards, should be marked with a “C” (children).
