Description
For lashing cargo on / in trucks, cars, trailers, freight cars, etc. usually straps or lashing straps are used. These consist of the strap, which has an open end and an end with a hook attached. The standard lengths are 6-12 meters. The associated lashing strap lock consists of a short, approximately 0.3-0.5 m long strap part with sewn hooks and attached to the other end lashing ratchet. In this, the open end of the long, Gütersichernden lashing strap is inserted, and stretched by a clocked back and forth moving the handle. To release the goods from the load securing, the lashing strap lock is opened and the operator pulls the long lashing strap out of the winding shaft of the lashing strap lock. These belts are now stored mainly in the stowage boxes of trucks or other transport vehicles. If these are not wound up properly, the operator has a time-consuming unplanned "Entknotungsarbeit" in front of him. Also, many belts are lost through different storage bins or need to be time consuming together. Unwrapped tension belts on loading surfaces create dangerous stumbling blocks.
In addition, straps are in use, which have a clamping lock, which is self-locking by a roughened area and a spring-loaded retaining lip or the like. This clamping lock generally has no separate handle and is also usually smaller than a lashing lock of the type described above.
Furthermore, in the meantime, so-called "slacklines" for a new type of sport are in use. These slacklines are constructed or designed essentially like the tensioning or lashing straps set out above, including their lashing strap lock. The slacklines are z. B. clamped between two trees or the like with the help of one or two lashing locks and are usually between five or ten, sometimes to be stretched over rivers, small lakes, etc. significantly longer, d. H. 20 or 30 meters long.
Known winding devices such as
are designed as separate winding devices and need to be specially brought or started for winding the straps. In practice, these are often at the bottom of the stowage box and are only laborious to find and fetch. Acceptance in practice is therefore very low.
The winding devices attached to the truck bed must always be approached separately, restrict the loading area and often hinder the charging process unfavorably.
- A) By retracting the locking slide in the release position, the teeth on the winding shaft is released and by turning back the winding shaft, the belt reel can now be unwound again.
- B) By pulling back the locking slide in the end position and the winding shaft is released with crank to take off. After removing the winding shaft from the rolled-up belt reel, it is free to roll over the load.
- A) The winding device according to the invention is firmly connected to the tension belt but flexibly displaced in its position on the belt and fixable. This allows a trouble-free position depending on the load.
- B) The holding tunnel or the distance of the belt guide elements is designed so that a tilting of the winding device is prevented by the belt. Thus, the winding device is always in the tensioned state parallel to the tension belt and takes no disturbing position. Without this feature can be no winding device during transport to the strap.
- C) By threading the winding device according to the invention is permanently connected to the belt and advantageously no longer has to be tarnished, looked at or extra stored by the operator. That is the ultimate relief in practice.
- D) By locking the rolled-up belt reel in the winding device according to the invention, the belt is rolled up during the period of storage in the optimal state and stored protected from damage. The service life of the straps increases significantly. The lock prevents the belt pulleys from unrolling during storage in the stowage box or on the loading area. There is no more belt jumble that has to be effortlessly untied by the operator. The belt loops are therefore not dangerous as stumbling around on the loading area.
- E) By the winding device according to the invention is intervened in any way in the safety-relevant properties of the tension belt or the lashing ratchet.
- F) By winding the tension belt in the hand, in front of the operator, these damages of the belt recognize early. This has the positive consequence that in the sense of load securing belt damage much earlier notice.
By the method and belt unit according to the invention, in fact, each belt is always wound, because the operator always has the Gurtaufwickeleinheit on the belt, it does not have to resort to this and saves time and trouble in any case. By means of the belt unit according to the invention, the belt is always kept parallel to the course of the belt in the tensioned state and can not tip over. Thus, the security against injury or damage is guaranteed. Due to the self-locking belt unit can not fall on the cargo and this damage.
The service life of the straps increases significantly, damage is detected much earlier, belt loops are no longer uncontrolled on the cargo areas as tripping hazards around and the acceptance of the winding device is generally increased by the constant availability and simplicity significantly. Significant time savings and an enormous increase in security are the decisive advantages of the invention.
