Description
The invention relates to a Müllsaugfahrzeug with a arranged on a chassis of a vehicle container in which a negative pressure is present during operation and into which a proboscis opens, the atmosphere-side opening for receiving suction material, in particular of waste, preferably in bags, is formed.
A vehicle with increased collection capacity is known from the utility model of the applicant, in which the waste is collected and compressed in two chambers. The chambers have a common partition which runs in the longitudinal axis of the vehicle. The necessary steel construction leads to a relatively high design effort.
Due to the ever-increasing amount of recyclables, there is an urgent need for optimized vehicles with reduced design effort.
Vorne ist also in Fahrtrichtung gesehen.
- [A1] This object is achieved in a generic collecting vehicle in that a vacuum container is provided on the vehicle, in which transverse to the direction of travel a movable wall is provided for compressing and pushing out the groupage. This wall compresses the sucked garbage. Due to the high compaction forces the collected material requires much less volume, so that the emptying intervals are relatively large, which significantly increases the productivity of the vehicles. Nevertheless, the vehicle is pleasantly small and can be used even in confined spaces in the inner city area.
- [A2] The fact that an air guide is provided, which has a partition provided with openings to the vacuum container, prevents groupage is sucked directly from the induced draft. The air guide is used to collect the air from the vacuum tank over a large area and forward the induced draft. As a result, the flow velocity of the air in the vacuum container is reduced, so that the collected groupage can fail from the transport air flow.
- [A3] The suction side of an induced draft flows advantageously directly into the air guide housing, so that pressure losses due to air deflection are minimized.
- [A4] Smaller particles, the dimensions of which are in the order of the size of the openings in the dividing wall, will partially pass into the air duct housing, thereby closing the openings. To prevent this, it is provided that the movable wall and the openings of the air guide housing have mutually cooperating shear edges. These shearing edges at the openings of the partition wall are run over by the movable wall at each compression or emptying process of the corresponding shearing edges at the edge of the movable wall. In the process, any particles stuck in the openings are sheared off and shredded so that they can pass through the openings or fall back into the vacuum container. For this reason, the Luftleitgehäuse is arranged on top of the vacuum chamber.
- [A5] For emptying, the vacuum tank at its rear on a cross-section of the vacuum tank covering flap with a folding axis, which is arranged transversely to the longitudinal direction of the vehicle preferably horizontally, in particular above an upper edge of the container. Since the flap releases the entire cross section of the container, this can advantageously be emptied quickly, which further increases the productivity advantageous.
- [A6] A particularly favorable vehicle layout results when the mouth of the suction pipe is arranged at the front end of the vacuum chamber and / or the induced draft is arranged at the diagonally opposite end of the chamber. The reference direction is always the direction of travel of the vehicle. Front is thus seen in the direction of travel.
- [A7] In order to reduce the particulate matter pollution, an exhaust air filter is provided at the pressure-side outlet of the suction train, which is preferably arranged on the vacuum container adjacent to the induced draft. As a result, all unnecessary pressure losses are avoided because very short cable paths result from this layout.
- [A8] Additional weight loss can be achieved if the horizontal portion of the suction pipe is telescopically mounted on only one double-acting hydraulic cylinder with a continuous piston rod.
- [A9] The measure that the vertical pivot bearing of the suction pipe and / or the air guide housing is arranged off-center of the longitudinal vehicle central axis, preferably on opposite sides of the Vehicle longitudinal axis, also serves to achieve an optimal vehicle layout, which allows the largest possible collection volume with minimum weight.
- [A10] Advantageously high compression forces can be achieved if the chamber has at least one from the front to the rear of the chamber promoting linear drive with a movable wall for compression and / or ejection. This linear drive is advantageous hydraulically betrieber cylinder. But there are also solutions possible in which rack drives or spindle-nut drives are used.
- [A11] By means of a flow divider, both cylinders can be hydraulically operated synchronously.
- [A12] A further advantageous weight reduction can be achieved if the vacuum container is cylindrical. A cylindrical chamber better withstand the negative pressure and can therefore be lighter than chambers with rectangular cross-section. Also, the seal lengths on the movable wall and the tailgate are advantageously shortened, resulting in lower amounts of false air.
- [A13] The measure that the induced draft has an impeller axis which is arranged vertically and is preferably arranged above the vacuum container enables a particularly compact design of the vehicle.
- [A14] By providing baffles and / or air deflecting in the air guide body to remove foreign matter, damage to the induced draft is prevented.
- [A15] Advantageously, before switching on the induced draft, the control automatically moves the movable wall into its front end position and
- [A16] after switching off the induced draft automatically in a rear the suction material compacting position.

The suction vehicle according to the invention can be used particularly advantageously when collecting garbage bags. Large amounts of light plastic waste, as he z. B. provided in so-called yellow sacks of households can be so quickly collected by machine and simultaneously compressed. The number of necessary transport trips for emptying the collection vehicles is thus reduced to a minimum.
