Bricks, already provided with an insulating material during manufacture are, are consuming in the production. One of such bricks built wall can indeed in the range of the respective bricks the desired Achieve insulation, in the area of the bricks connecting mortar layer is the thermal insulation however, interrupted.
Other known bricks, where the insulating material on the site while the walling each retrospectively inserted into the bricks will have the disadvantage that the The process of setting and connecting the bricks always through the required insertion of insulating material in the bricks of a just brick row of bricks is interrupted. Such interruptions have the consequence that the production time to create a wall increases significantly and that different Trades (masons and insulation professionals) involved in the manufacturing process Need to become, what else the production costs increased.
The present invention is therefore a generic brick which allows the production of a heat-insulating wall, without that Production time for the creation of a wall rises unacceptably.
Farther It is an object of the present invention, a corresponding wall specify.
The the masonry object is characterized by the in claim 1 specified characteristics solved.
The Providing at least one insulating region with the at least one extending between the upper bearing side and the lower bearing side Punching chamber and the extending between the abutting sides at least a channel into which opens the perforated chamber of the insulating region provides after the construction of a wall consisting of these bricks for one cavity formed inside the wall, which emerges from the perforated chambers the Isolierbereiche and the associated channels is formed. Because the perforated chambers and the channels connected together, this cavity is after creating a wall quickly and easily completely filled with insulating material. The insulating material may be preferably granular.
Preferably If several perforated chambers are formed in the insulating area of the brick, which extend in a direction from the upper to the lower bearing side and each lead into the channel. These Hole chambers of the insulating area form a second group of perforated chambers.
Preferably ends the channel in a brick in at least one of the two abutting sides and opens out there. This allows a connection to the channel of an adjacent brick be created, so that the vertical perforated chambers of a column out of each other arranged bricks over the channels with the perforated chambers of an adjacent column of stacked bricks are connected. It is particularly preferred if the channel in both sides of the shock ends and so a connection to a brick of another column of Creates bricks.
Preferably the channel extends between a first, the first free outside adjacent support area and a second, the second free outside adjacent support area. This allows the outer sides of the brick as Supporting areas are designed while the interior of the brick the insulation is used.
Of the Channel can be in the area of the upper bearing side or in the area of be formed lower bearing side. In a preferred embodiment may but also an upper channel in the area of the upper bearing side and a lower channel may be provided in the region of the lower bearing side.
If the respective channel through at least one central support area, which is parallel to the first support area and the second support area extends, is divided into parallel channel arms, the load capacity of the brick by the additional increased central support area. The respective channel or channel arm may have the shape of a cross section rectangular longitudinal groove or have a cross-sectionally circular longitudinal groove.
Also the perforated chambers of the support area or the support areas can filled with an insulating material which is preferably already in the production of the brick filled in these perforated chambers becomes. This preserves the brick an improved thermal insulation property. Especially it is preferred if as insulating material for filling into the perforated chambers of the support area or the supporting areas of nanoparticles, in particular paraffin nanoparticles, be used. in principle it is also possible to use nanoparticles or paraffin nanoparticles for the subsequent filling provide the perforated chambers of the insulating region.
Preferably is provided in the wall of at least one of the outer sides of the brick a through opening, which penetrates the wall and the supporting area in the area of the wall and that flows into the canal, which is provided in the brick. Such a passage opening makes it possible after the construction of a wall consisting of such bricks, liquid, pulverized, fibrous or granular Insulation material from outside through the passage opening into the insulation areas of the bricks. Furthermore can escape through such a passage opening and air, if the insulation material through another through hole in the brick is introduced by means of compressed air.
Also may be provided in the wall of at least one of the outer sides of a through hole be that penetrates the wall and the support area and the in at least one of the perforated chambers of the insulating region opens. On this way, either insulation material through the through hole immediately be introduced into the perforated chamber or, if the insulating material through another passage opening is introduced into the brick, which can jam in the hole chamber Air through this passage opening Escape and so on of insulation material in the hole chamber and thus a complete filling of Ensure perforated chamber.
Advantageous is it, if one as a blow-out opening serving passage opening provided with a sieve or a filter. This sieve takes care of for this, that through this as a blow-out serving passage opening exclusively Air escapes and the insulation material remains inside the brick.
The The wall-related object of the present invention is achieved by solved specified in claim 17 features. A Such constructed from the bricks invention Wall contains inside - like already executed has been - one Network of cavities consisting of perforated chambers of the respective insulating regions and the the individual perforated chambers connecting channels. This cavity is subsequently, so after building the wall with preferably granular or fibrous insulating material filled. Because of that the perforated chambers over the entire height extend the wall throughout and not by mortar or Adhesive layers are broken, one emerges over the height of Wall continuous insulation, without between the individual Bricks contained Wärmeleitbrücken.
Preferably are each offset one above the other arranged bricks in the area of the upper bearing side and the lower bearing side only in the area of their support areas by means of a Mortar- or adhesive layer bonded together. This ensures that that the Wall is stable in itself and still a connection of the perforated chambers übereinandergelegener Bricks is given.
Preferably the wall is provided in the upper area with at least one injection opening, the flows into the canal. Through this injection opening can Insulating material in the interior of the wall under pressure, for example by means of Compressed air, be blown.
Advantageous It is also when the wall provided with at least one blow-out is. Through this blow-out opening can the excess air out exit the wall again.
Ist die Ausblasöffnung im unteren Bereich der Mauer vorgesehen, so wird eine effiziente vertikale Durchströmung der Mauer und damit eine optimale Verteilung des Isolationsmaterials im Inneren der Mauer erreicht.is the exhaust opening provided at the bottom of the wall, so will an efficient vertical flow the wall and thus an optimal distribution of the insulation material reached inside the wall.
Although in principle it is also possible to provide the injection opening in the lower region of the wall and the discharge opening in the upper region of the wall, this results in a vertical flow from bottom to top in the interior of the wall, so that the insulation material in the interior of the wall constantly swirls up and can be limited only by the influence of gravity, as long as the interior of the wall is flowed through. These disadvantages are significantly reduced at a flow through the wall from top to bottom.
The exhaust vent can flow into the same level channel, she but can also the wall of her adjacent vertical isolation chambers penetrate and open directly into respective perforated chambers. The the latter variant ensures a much better filling the individual perforated chambers inside the wall, as in the perforated chambers can not form pressure cushions, which is an efficient influence would make the insulation material in the hole chamber difficult.
Advantageous is also when to the exhaust vent a suction fan connectable is. Through this suction fan can the vent inside the wall be and the influx the insulation material in the wall can be much more effective respectively. Furthermore can then, if quite specifically some of the exhaust holes in the wall with a aspirator connected, generates a directed fluid flow inside the wall be, with which the current of insulation material inside controlling the wall.

- a) providing a first row of bricks, which are arranged with their respective lower bearing side on a bottom plate and connected by means of a mortar or adhesive layer to the bottom plate, wherein the bricks are arranged with their respective abutment sides together,
- b) applying a respective layer of mortar or adhesive on the support areas of the upper bearing side of the bricks of the existing row of bricks,
- c) placing another row of bricks with their lower bearing side of the support areas on the mortar or adhesive layer of the existing row of bricks,
- d) repeating steps b) and c) until the wall has reached the desired height,
- e) filling of insulating material in the perforated chambers of the insulating regions of the bricks.
Thereby a thermally insulating wall is created over its entire height and also about her length inside with continuous filled with insulating chambers is provided, which communicate with each other, so that the subsequently filled insulating material these inner chambers completely crowded. This filling can after building the wall from the top into the open perforated chambers the insulating area of the upper row of bricks. this has the advantage that the Bricklayer can fortify the wall quickly in the usual way, without doing their job because of the necessary introduction of insulating material to have to interrupt. After the wall has been bricked up by bricklayers, insulation specialists can Fill in the insulating material.
- a) providing a first row of bricks, which are arranged with their respective lower bearing side on a bottom plate and connected by means of a mortar or adhesive layer to the bottom plate, wherein the bricks are arranged with their respective abutment sides together,
- b) applying a respective layer of mortar or adhesive on the support areas of the upper bearing side of the bricks of the existing row of bricks,
- c) placing another row of bricks with their lower bearing side of the support areas on the mortar or adhesive layer of the existing row of bricks; d) repeating steps b) and c) until the wall has reached the desired height,
- e) covering the upper bearing side of the bricks of the top row of bricks by means of a closed mortar or adhesive layer or by means of at least one cover or ceiling slab,
- f) drilling at least one lateral injection opening into the wall at the level of a channel extending in the wall longitudinal direction, so that the injection opening opens into the channel,
- g) injection of insulating material into the channel and into the associated hole chambers and other channels.
Becomes the wall using already provided with at least one injection opening bricks created step f) can be omitted.
The technique defined by this procedure for isolating a wall according to the invention has the advantage that the Trades of masons and insulation professionals can work completely independently and not in the continuation of their work of interim results of the each dependent on other trades are. For example, a floor or a building of Masons completely be bricked up and then the Insulating professionals start their work.
