Claims (2)

1. Stepper, der im wesentlichen aus einem Hauptkörper (1) besteht, der einen Maschienenkörper (10) mit einem Paar Pedalen (11) und einem Gestell (12), einem Hauptrohr (20) und einem Nebenrohr (30) umfaßt, wobei das Hauptrohr (20) an einer geeigneten Stelle mit einem Verstellelement (21) versehen ist, an einem Ende mit dem Maschienenkörper (10) und am anderen Ende mit dem Nebenrohr (30) verbunden ist, wodurch eine Höhen- und Drehverstellung des Nebenrohres (30) ermöglicht wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Nebenrohr (30) am anderen Ende mit einem Sitz (40) verbunden ist, der mit einem Paar Handgriffen (50) versehen ist, so daß ein Mehrzweck-Stepper entsteht.
2. Stepper nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Sitz (40) eine Anzeige (60) vorgesehen ist, die über eine Zuleitung (61) mit dem Maschienenkörper (10) verbunden ist, so daß die Trainingsdaten angezeigt werden können.
