Claims (13)

1. Verpacktes Lebensmittel bestehend aus haltbar verpackten Snackportionen, welche aus gekochter und dann in Stücke geschnittener Masse aus Kartof­ feln bzw. Kartoffelersatzstoffen und Geflügel und/oder Fleisch und/oder Fisch und/oder Aromakonzentrate besteht.
2. Verpacktes Lebensmittel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kartoffelersatzstoffe Soja und Tofu sind.
3. Verpacktes Lebensmittel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Masse aus 40% Kartoffeln und 60% Fleischanteil besteht.
4. Verpacktes Lebensmittel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, da­ durch gekennzeichnet, daß die Masse aus 40% Kartoffeln und 60% Fisch­ anteil besteht.
5. Verpacktes Lebensmittel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, da­ durch gekennzeichnet, daß die Masse aus 40% Kartoffeln und 60% Ge­ flügelanteil besteht.
6. Verpacktes Lebensmittel nach Anspruch 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kartoffelanteil bis zu 70% beträgt.
7. Verpacktes Lebensmittel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kartoffelanteil der Masse von ca. 80% bis nahe zu 100% variiert und als Restanteil Aromakonzentrate zugesetzt sind.
8. Verpacktes Lebensmittel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, da­ durch gekennzeichnet, daß die gekochten Snackportionen fritierbar sind.
9. Verpacktes Lebensmittel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, da­ durch gekennzeichnet, daß die Snackportionen konserviert sind.
10. Verpacktes Lebensmittel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, da­ durch gekennzeichnet sind, daß die Snackportionen fingergroß sind.
11. Verpacktes Lebensmittel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, da­ durch gekennzeichnet, daß die Snackportionen in Pommes Frites-Größe geschnitten sind.
12. Verpacktes Lebensmittel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, da­ durch gekennzeichnet, daß die Snackportionen in Talerform oder anderen Phantasieformen geschnitten sind.
13. Verpacktes Lebensmittel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, da­ durch gekennzeichnet, daß die Snackportionen aus der Packung portions­ weise entnehmbar sind.
