Claims (13)

1. Kunststoffbehälter, insbesondere für Lebensmittel, mit einem Behältergrundkör­ per (1) und einem separaten Deckel (2), der an seinem auf den Behältergrundkör­ per (1) aufzusetzenden Rand eine umlaufende Dichtungslage (9) aus weichelasti­ schem Kunststoff aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckelrand mit einem umlaufenden Kragen (7) versehen ist, der an der Innenseite des Randes (8) des Behältergrundkörpers (1) in diesen eintaucht, wobei die Dichtungslage (9) aus weichelastischem Kunststoff fest mit dem Kragen (7) verbunden und an dessen Außenseite angeordnet ist, so dass sie zwischen dem Kragen (7) und der Innenseite des Randes (8) des Behältergrundkörpers (1) liegt.

Kunststoffbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kragen (7) des Deckels (2) mit der daran angebrachten Dichtungslage (9) gegenüber der lichten Weite des Randes (8) des Behältergrundkörpers (1) ein leichtes Übermaß aufweist, um einen kraftschlüssigen Halt des Deckels (2) am Behältergrundkörper (1) zu gewährleisten.
3. Kunststoffbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtungslage (9) an ihrer dem Rand (8) des Behältergrundkörpers (1) zugewandten Außenfläche eine umlaufende Verdickung (10) aufweist.
4. Kunststoffbehälter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere umlaufende Verdickungen (10) vorhanden sind.
5. Kunststoffbehälter nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die umlaufenden Verdickungen (10) stufenförmig angeordnet sind.
6. Kunststoffbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Deckelrand über den Kragen (7) hinausgehend in einen außen über den Rand (8) des Behältergrundkörpers (1) zu stülpenden, umlaufenden Außen­ kragen (3) fortsetzt.
7. Kunststoffbehälter nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kragen (7) und der Außenkragen (3) eine Rille (11) einschließen, deren Grund mit weichelastischem Kunststoff gefüllt ist.
8. Kunststoffbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Außenkragen (3) an seiner Außenfläche eine umlaufende Ausnehmung (13) aufweist, die mit einer Einlage (6) aus weichelastischem Kunststoff gefüllt ist.
9. Kunststoffbehälter nach den Ansprüchen 7 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung (13) und der Grund der Rille (11) über eine Anzahl von um­ fangsverteilt angeordneten Durchbrechungen (12) des Außenkragens (3) in Ver­ bindung stehen.

Kunststoffbehälter nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der weichelastische Kunststoff der Einlage (6) in der Ausnehmung (13) des Außenkragens (3), der weichelastische Kunststoff im Grund der Rille (11) und der weichelastische Kunststoff der Dichtungslage (9) am Kragen (7) aus ein und dem­ selben Material bestehen und in einem einzigen Arbeitsvorgang zusammenhän­ gend herstellbar sind.

Kunststoffbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (2) mit wenigstens einer Öffnung (20) und/oder einer Lochplatte (16) versehen ist, deren Begrenzung eine umlaufende, nach außen weisende Schulter (17) aufweist, wobei die Öffnung (20) und/oder die Lochplatte (16) jeweils von einer schwenkbar am Deckel angebrachten Klappe (14, 15) verschließbar ist, die einen umlaufenden, die Schulter (17) übergreifenden Steg (21) aufweist, wäh­ rend eine Auflage (18) aus weichelastischem Kunststoff fest mit der Außenseite der Schulter (17) verbunden ist, so dass sie zwischen der Schulter (17) und dem Steg (21) der Klappe (14, 15) liegt.
12. Kunststoffbehälter nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass außen an die Schulter (17) angrenzend eine umlaufende Nut (19) vorgesehen ist, in die der Steg (21) der Klappe (14, 15) eintaucht und in die sich die Auflage (18) aus weichelastischem Kunststoff fortsetzt.
13. Kunststoffbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er in Zweikomponenten-Spritzgusstechnik hergestellt ist.
