Claims (14)
1. Anordnung zur Herstellung einer geklebten Verbundstruk
tur, insbesondere einer oberflächenmontierten Außenhaut-
oder Tragstruktur im Fahrzeug-, Flugzeug- oder Schiff
bau, aus einem metallischen ersten Teil und einem zwei
ten Teil, das über eine Schicht oder ein Aggregat aus
einem thermisch aktivierten Klebstoff mit dem ersten
Teil verbunden wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
eine Infrarot-Bestrahlungseinrichtung, welche den Kleb
stoff und/oder angrenzende Bereiche des ersten und zwei
ten Teiles kurzzeitig intensiver elektromagnetischer
Strahlung mit einem Wirkanteil im Bereich des nahen
Infrarot mit λ = 0,8 bis 1,5 µm ausgesetzt werden derart,
daß eine mindestens zur im wesentlichen sofortigen Er
zielung von Handling-Festigkeit im gefügten Zustand aus
reichende Aktivierung des Klebstoffs erfolgt.
2. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Bestrahlungseinrichtung eine, insbesondere mit er
höhter Betriebstemperatur betriebene, Halogenlampe auf
weist.
3. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
- - das erste Teil ein Metallteil ist, welches das zweite Teil nicht vollständig überdeckt,
- - die Klebstoffschicht derart aufgebracht wird, daß sie mindestens einen Abschnitt aufweist, welcher an einen freibleibenden Bereich des ersten Teils angrenzt und von dort zugänglich ist, und
- - in der Bestrahlungseinrichtung Mittel zur Ausrichtung der Strahlung nach dem Fügen der Teile auf diesen Ab schnitt der Klebstoffschicht vorgesehen sind.
4. Anordnung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das zweite Teil ein Kunststoffteil ist und in der Be
strahlungseinrichtung Mittel zur Ausrichtung der Strah
lung derart vorgesehen sind, daß sie das zweite Teil
mindestens abschnittsweise durchsetzt.
5. Anordnung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Mittel zur Ausrichtung der Strahlung so ausgebildet
sind, daß eine Reflexion an der der Klebstoffschicht
benachbarten Oberfläche des ersten Teils im wesentlichen
in die Klebstoffschicht hinein erfolgt.
6. Anordnung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
Mittel zur Einstellung der spektralen Zusammensetzung
der Strahlung in Abstimmung auf die Absorptionseigen
schaften des Klebstoffs und wahlweise des zweiten Teils
derart vorgesehen sind, daß eine im wesentlichen gleich
mäßige Durchwärmung über die Schichtdicke des Klebstoffs
erfolgt.
7. Anordnung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Mittel zur Einstellung der spektralen Zusammenset
zung mindestens einen Filter aufweisen.
8. Anordnung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Bestrahlungseinrichtung und/oder den zu fügenden
Teilen Einstellmittel zur Einstellung der Strahlungs
leistung der Abstand zwischen der Strahlungsquelle und
der Klebstoffschicht bzw. dem Klebstoffaggregat variiert
wird.
9. Anordnung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
eine Leistungssteuereinheit zur Einstellung einer Leis
tungsdichte im Bereich zwischen 50 und 500 kW/m2, insbe
sondere zwischen 100 und 200 kW/m2, oder eine angren
zende Metallfläche mit einer Leistungsdichte im Bereich
zwischen 500 kW/m2 und 2 MW/m2, insbesondere zwischen
750 kW/m2 und 1,5 MW/m2, bestrahlt wird.
10. Anordnung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
Mittel zur Einstellung der Dauer der Bestrahlung in Ab
hängigkeit von den Dimensionen, insbesondere von der
Dicke, der Klebstoffschicht auf eine Zeit zwischen 0,5
und 30 s, insbesondere zwischen 2 und 10 s, vorgesehen
sind.
11. Anordnung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
in Abstimmung auf die Geometrie der Klebstoffschicht
bzw. des Klebstoffaggregats ein Flächen- oder Linien-
oder Punktstrahler oder eine Kombination aus solchen zur
Bestrahlung des Klebstoffs vorgesehen sind.
12. Anordnung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
gekennzeichnet durch
Mittel zur fortschreitenden Bestrahlung einer langge
streckten Klebstoffspur längs ihrer Erstreckung in ab
tastender Weise, welche eine koordinatengesteuert dem
Verlauf der Klebstoffspur nachführbare Bestrahlungsein
richtung und/oder eine Transporteinrichtung umfassen,
mittels derer das gefügte erste und zweite Teil an der
Bestrahlungseinrichtung entlang geführt werden.
13. Anordnung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine Vorheizeinrichtung, mittels derer unmittelbar vor
der Bestrahlung des Klebstoffs das erste und/oder zweite
Teil vorgewärmt wird.
14. Anordnung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Bestrahlungseinrichtung Fokussierungsmittel auf
weist, welche die Infrarotstrahlung in geeignete Ausneh
mungen des ersten und/oder zweiten Teils ausrichten, wo
als provisorische Verbinder eng lokalisierte Klebstoff
aggregate eingesetzt sind und einer entsprechend fokus
sierten Strahlung zur Aktivierung ausgesetzt werden.
