Tranchiergabeln üblicher Bauart weisen zwei Gabelspitzen (Zinken) zum Einstechen in das Schneidgut auf. Der Abstand (Schlitz) zwischen den Zinken ist hier um ein vielfaches breiter als die Dicke einer großen Küchenmesserklinge. Die maximale Einstichtiefe der Gabel entspricht der Zinkenlänge. Tranchiergabeln nach dem Stand der Technik dienen der Fixierung des Schneidgutes auf einer Schneidunterlage oder zum vorlegen geschnittener Scheiben. Den Schnitt der Scheibendicke legt der Benutzer am Schneidgut willkürlich durch den beliebigen Ansatz der Messerklinge fest. Tranchiergabel zum vorlegen und fixieren vorrangig von heißem sowie kaltem Fleisch oder anderem Schneidgut auf einer Schneidunterlage, dadurch gekennzeichnet, - daß die Gabel mehrere Schlitze (1) aufweist, in denen die Messerklinge (2) eines Küchenmessers beim Scheiben schneiden geführt wird. 1.
