Claims (10)

Vorgefertigtes Fenster- oder Außentürelement, insbesondere zum Einbau in den Rohbau von Wohnhäusern, mit einem Elementrahmen (1), minde­ stens einem Fenster (2) oder einer Außentür und einem Rollladenkasten (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Elementrahmen (1), der aus mehreren miteinander verbundenen Aluminium-Hohlkörperprofilen aufge­ baut ist, Fenster (2) und Rollladenkasten (3) luftdicht eingesetzt sind und dass der Rollladenkasten (3) mindestens einen Dämmmeinsatz (13) auf­ weist, welcher im Wesentlichen das gesamte freie, bei eingerolltem Roll­ laden (9) nicht genutzte Innenvolumen des Rollladenkastens (3) einnimmt.1.
