Description

Gemäß Abb. 1 der beigefügten Zeichnung soll dieser Regen-Überwurf eine vermittelnde Lösung darstellen zwischen dem üblichen Überwurf oder Regenumhang, der weitgehend dem Körper anliegt, und einem festen Überdach, wie man es eben mit dem Kraftwagen besitzt. Da ein vollsolides Überdach für das Fahrrad kaum in Frage kommt, ergibt sich hier eine vermittelnde Lösung durch ein stabförmiges Stützgerüst, bei welchem die Stäbe zweckmäßigerweise aus festem Plastikmaterial sind, und auf welchem der eigentliche Überwurf, evtl. aus weicherem, plastischem Material, befestigt ist. Die einzelnen Stäbe sind scherengitterartig, gem. Abb. 2 und 3, mittels (Plastik-)Nieten beweglich verbunden, dergestalt, daß ein Zusammenklappen und damit ein Einrollen des Überwurfes ermöglicht wird. Der Überwurf kann dann im eingerollten Zustande in einem Etui, welches man auf dem Gepäckträger befestigt, verwahrt werden. Übergeworfen, wird er praktisch an dem vorderen oder hinteren Schutzblech, o.a. befestigt. Über dem Kopf ist eine glockenartige, durchsichtige Ausstülpung vorgesehen. Seitlich kann durch Kordeln (K, Abb. 1) ein besserer Halt gegeben werden. (Seitlich reicht der Überwurf über die Querstäbe hinaus).
