Abstract

The guide has an inner body with a bottom (4) and top (5) floor which have ball-mounted drawers (8), with round side and back wall and with a spacer piece (10). Plates (11,12) are joined to a tension spring (18) and have guide rollers (14). The top (16) and bottom (15) of the outer body (1) has guide grooves (21,22). The inner body's top floor has a press-closure (19) with a closure piece (20). The tension spring has a guide (25) between the top floor or the inner body and the top floor of the outer body.

Description

The invention relates to a guide for a round door and a method for use this guide, which is in the open state in the inner body of a round body hides. This door is movable on a round turntable and is in the closed state not set off inside.

FIG. 2 shows the vertical section of a round body made of the outer body 1 and the movable inner body, as well as the base part 2 and the upper crown part 3, identical to the base and crown part 2 . The inner body consists of mirror-like, circular underbody 4 and top shelf 5 as well as a straight rear wall 6 , a round side wall 23 and a round door 7 , which also serves as a second side wall (see also FIG. 3).

In the bottom floor 4 and in the top floor 5 , two ball-bearing drawers 8 are attached, for example grooved here. A metallic extension 9 of these pull-outs 8 firmly connects them to the door 7 .

The connection between the inner and outer body is created by two ball bearings 17 , which are held in place by mounting plates 28 on the ball bearings by means of wood screws 29 between the underbody outer body 15 and the underbody inner body 4 and the upper body outer body 16 and the upper body inner body 5 .

The upper guide roller 14 engages in the guide groove 22 . The door 7 , which is firmly connected to the movement unit, is pressed outwards by spring pressure (see FIG. 2 tension spring 18 ) up to the inner rebate edges of the base plates 26 and crown strips 27 . By pushing the door 7 into the inner body, the entire inner body is simultaneously rotated. This is caused by the guide rollers 14 , which change from the straight line into the circular part of the guide grooves 21 , 22 . The spring travel of the tension spring 18 is reduced to a certain extent by the engagement of the guide rollers 14 in the circular part of the guide grooves 21 , 22 . The door 7 remains fixed in the inner body. The door 7 and the inner body now form a fixed unit. The rotation of the inner body is as far as possible until the automatic pressure lock 19 is anchored in the closing part 20 . The entire body is open and the interior is now visible with the rear wall 6 , the door 7 , which now takes over the function of the second side wall ( see FIG. 3).

In addition, shelves can divide the storage space of the inner body. A brief tap on the door releases the connection between the pressure lock 19 and the closing part 20 . Another tension spring 24 , which is fixed by an angle 30 and by a tension spring guide 25 , causes the entire inner body to turn back independently until the guide rollers 14 pass from the circular to the straight part of the guide grooves 21 , 22 .

At this moment the rotary movement of the inner body stops, the door 7 is pressed out of the inner body into the outer body by means of spring 14 , which can now act again. The outer body closes automatically.

Claims (2)

Guide, especially for round doors, consisting of the outer body with base and crown part with a round door, characterized in that on the bottom ( 4 ) and top ( 5 ) of the inner body, consisting of a round side and rear wall, ball-bearing Pull-outs ( 8 ), metallic extensions ( 9 ) with a spacer ( 10 ) and plates ( 11 , 12 , 13 ) connected with a tension spring ( 18 ), and guide rollers ( 14 ) on the plates ( 11 , 12 ) and guide grooves ( 21 , 22 ) on the upper floor ( 16 ) and the lower floor ( 15 ) of the outer body ( 1 ) and a pressure lock ( 19 ) on the upper floor ( 5 ) of the inner body with closing part ( 20 ) upper floor ( 16 ) outer body and a tension spring ( 18 ) with tension spring guide ( 25 ) between the top shelf ( 5 ) inner body and top shelf ( 16 ) outer body. 2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that after pressing the door into the inner body, the entire inner body is set in a circular motion by a guide roller ( 14 ) and in a circular motion by guide grooves ( 21 , 22 ), rotatable until a pressure lock ( 19 ) engages in a locking part ( 20 ), a brief touch releases the pressure lock ( 19 ) and the entire inner body rotates through a tension spring guide ( 25 ) back to the starting position and the door closes automatically with a tension spring ( 18 ).
